Summary:
Wow...a LOT has happened!! XD The Glade Herd pegasi have met outsiders who are willing to help them escape the enclosure. FLAMEBLAZEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE XD Citrusblaze was elected the leader of the yearling group. Cinderwing broke Clearfire's wings and is now in an intense argument with his mate, Larkcloud. Citrusblaze wants to train to become Over-Stallion. Cinderwing has captured an outsider, Sunburst, who Nightsky has developed SOMETHING for, but she is not yet sure what. Now, the yearlings are trying to make a plan of escape.

Flarewing:
He flew over Vine Herd, frowning. Where had his children gone? Sunburst and Moonbeam had been gone for about a day now. It wasn’t like them to do that. They had appeared more distant lately, always being gone for certain points in the day, but never had they been gone for longer than a few hours. He was starting to grow worried. Had his children been kidnapped by the humans?
Maven Castell:
he shouldered his bag gazing up at the wall ahead of him. He Was so happy to be here!

Starsong:
"No problem."
(ACK sorry I left, I had to go to a zoom meeting my school was doing about college and career choice. what did I miss?)
Clearpath:
He nodded and said, "Thank you Starsong,"
Starsong:
'There, now you have some white willow bark if you need it."
clearpath:
He eyed the Bark, He wanted to eat it, but what if they ran out? How many Pegasi are going to need this in the coming months?
Starsong:
She found a white willow tree and took a lot of its bark. She walked back to Clearpath and set the white willow bark down at his hooves.
Clearpath:
he nodded,
Starsong:
She stood, wings dragging. "I'll be right back."
Citrusblaze:
He flew back to the two captains and nodded a greeting

Sunburst:
He nodded, and walked back to Nightsky.
Citrusblaze:
"as soo as I am given the word." He glanced at the tree line, "You should go get whomever you are taking with you and meet me with the captains." He began to walk away then turned back to him "Beware of Boldfire, he is very loyal to Cinderwing,"

Sunburst:
"When are we going to leave?"

Citrusblaze:
He nodded his head impressed. They should make a code to use in the glade.
Clearpath:
"No, i am not. Nor am i blaming you,"

Sunburst:
"That's fine." He nickered. "My sister and I made a code using bird sounds. When we fly over the wall, I can caw a few times, and she will know that I am safe."
Starsong:
"Aren't you upset that because of me you lost the ability to fly?"
Citrusblaze:
he shook his head, "I have been very busy today and haven't yet risked approaching the wall. I haven't seen many of the yearlings either so i am not sure if they made contact either.
Sunburst:
"My father will listen to me. It won't be too hard to bargain with him. Have you had any luck contacting my sister, Moonbeam?"

He exhaled softly and his wings sagged. He saw Glade Herd steeds and quickly nickered to Moonbeam to hide.

He took a deep breath "It is a good thing he hasn't found out," He shivered at the thought.
Sunburst:
”I certainly hope so. He doesn‘t realize that with the son of Flarewing in his camp, he can order my herd around however he wants to.“ He gulped. “If he finds out, he’d probably use me against my father with no hesiatation.”
Clearpath:
"Just being a captain." he said quietly, "I was already inside my enemy's mind. That being Cinderwing. I always knew this was coming,"

"I can't promise he will. He was never been trustworthy, so i doubt he will be. But he is also full of pride. This may keep him more likely to follow the rules."
Starsong:
"What was your job?"
Clearpath:
"Almost a day ago, this was my job. Old habits die hard," He said
Sunburst:
He hoped that he had made the right choice. “Do you think Cinderwing will keep his word? There are so many things that can go wrong here.”
Starsong:
"That's a sad way to think about the future, I like to think about the good, the bad will come whether I think about it or not and so I'd rather not waste time thinking about it."
Citrusblaze:
"I wish I knew." He said glancing around, "I am guessing I will have a better idea the closer I get to Cinderwing."
Sunburst:
”War against Glade Herd? Is that what Cinderwing is planning?“ He shivered.
Clearpath:
"Becuase, I know that there will be much more in the near future." He relaxed, "And i really doesn't hurt that bad.
Starsong:
"Why would you welcome pain?" she asked, confused. "It's not a problem for me to go find white willow bark."
Citrusblaze:
He nodded his head in thanks. "Even if your Over-Stallion attempts to avoid war for awhile, he may need to prepare for it. You are going to have to help us from that side" He smirked, "Preferably without getting yourself caught again."

Clearpath:
"No, I am good, " he said, "I will welcome the pain for a bit." He didn't want Starsong to have to do anymore for him. The Medmare could take care of him.
Sunburst:
”Is something wrong? I know that you aren’t on Cinderwing’s side, but Flarewing won’t hurt you, I’ll make sure of that.”
Starsong:
"You want me to go find some white willow bark for you?" she asked
Citrusblaze:
A wave of relief washed over him, "Sunburst," he said smiling as he walked towards him "we need to come up with a plan fast."
Clearpath:
"good idea," he said laying back down
Sunburst:
He trotted towards Citrusblaze.
Starsong:
SHe nodded and attempted to lift them, they were still soaked and that made them too heavy to lift. She winced. "I'll try tomorrow."
Nightsky:
She nods, "Ok." She nickered.
Clearpath:
"try to lift them a little ways off the ground everyday. It should help,"
Sunburst:
”I’m not sure.” His ears flicked. “I think Citrusblaze is calling me. Stay safe okay?”
Citrusblaze:
he saw him come this way. he looked ever way . Where did he go?
Nightsky:
She nods, "That...would be helpful." She nickered, "What does Citrusblaze think of the plan?" She asked curiously with a tilt of her head.
Starsong:
"Yup!" she said cheerfully. "Is there a way I can try to strengthen my wings without risking drowning?" she asked, growing more serious
Citrusblaze:
He was running out of time. "Sunburst," He called a little louder
Clearpath:
He smiled, "baby steps, Starsong." he wanted to hug the filly, but resist, "Lets let the bones mend first."
Sunburst:
”I was only able to get both of us free, but the others will be getting more supplies and guards, which can help the human problem.”
Starsong:
"Your wings too. When they heal I'll help you try to fly again."
Nightsky:
Her jaw dropped, "Our...our freedom!?" She asked in shock.
Clearpath:
"I believe that if you keep exercising them, they will get stronger,"
Starsong:
"Maybe one day I'll be able to fold my wings on my back!" her voice was hopeful and she was still smiling
Clearpath:
He smiled brightly "Am so happy for you!" he exclaimed. standing to his feet.
Starsong;
"I will. But I did it! I lifted my wings for the first time ever!"
Creekfire;
'Of course, sir."
Clearpath:
He nodded. she had almost died by jumping into a pond... "Remind me to thank Citrusblaz later,"
Cinderwing:
"Creekfire," He said, "be sure to keep an eye on the Yearling. I think this will be good for him, but i don't want him hurt." He smiled wickedly, "Don't forget about those wings of yours." He then turned and flew away from Creekfire and Boldfire
Starsong:
"The first time I jumped in and nearly drowned but Citrusblaze saved me and so I didn't drown!"
Creekfire:
'yes sir!"
Citrusblaze:
He looked around, trying desperately to find Sunburst
Sunburst:
”I was able to bargain for our escape!”
Nightsky:
She balked, "Oh! Sunburst!" She nickered happily, "Why do you look so happy?" She asked.
Citrusblaze:
"Sunburst?" he whispered into the forest,
Clearpath:
"Uhh," he said, "Can i get a slower repeat?"
Sunburst:
He nearly bounded with joy to Nightsky’s side.
Starsong: "ThefirsttimeIjumpedinandnearlydrownedbutCitrusblazesavedmesoIdidn'tdrown!" her words all ran together

"I have struck a deal with the outsider. we will get extra supplies and extra guards if we release him and one of his friends" He looked at each face. "I want you guys to be sure they don't take the hostages until we have what we were promised,"

He swallowed and asked, "may i go get a drink sir? before we leave?" He nodded and he swooped down, he had to talk to Sunburst.
Nightsky:
'I should find the others...' She thought.
Sunburst:
He landed, slightly shaky. He had done it. He had successfully negotiated with Cinderwing. His wings buzzed. He had to tell the others right away!
Clearpath:
The second time?"
Boldfire:
He flew over to Cinderwing. "Yes sir?"
Citrusblaze:
He followed Creekfire saying goodbye to Flamefeather.
Creekfire:
He flew to Cinderwing. "Yes, Sir!"
Starsong:
SHe was smiling happily. "And I got out of the lake all by myself the second time and I didn't drown!"
Cinderwing:
"Creekfire, Boldfire, and Citrusblaze," He called out as he soared away from Sunburst.
Clearpath:
His eyes widened, "Thats great!" He exclaimed.
Starsong:
"I LIFTED MY WINGS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!!!!!!"
Clearpath:
"What?" He asked excited to hear what she had to say.
Starsong:
"Guess what!" her eyes were shining with happyness
Clearpath:
He lifted his head, smiling at his old name, "Yes?"
Sunburst:
He nodded. “As one of the pegasi, yes.”
Starsong:
"Clearfire!" she called before realizing he was resting, "Sorry!"
Citrusblaze:
He smirked at Flamefeather.
Cinderwing:
As soon as i track down the steeds i wish to send with you and you get whoever you are taking with you." he paused, "I am assuming you are sending yourself?"
Nightsky:
She sighed, lowering her head, "I just don't understand..." She murmured.
