On one of the most remote borders of the Dakurian Empire, the Emperor has sanctioned a research facility, a facility where they study the behaviors of the kihlari, the WILD kihlari. When pegasi were first spotted in the Sandwen Realm, the Empress at the time grew extremely interested in how they operated. So, with the flick of a quill, she created a 'Sanctuary' where the Dakurian scientists could study the magnificent beasts. The sanctuary/research facility is basically a large area of land surrounded by a tall fence covered in shrubs and vines, a forest covering the northern area of the enclosure with a lush green meadow in the southern area. At first, the pegasi tried to fly over the fence, but the Dakurians were prepared for that and somehow kept them within the enclosure. Over time, the pegasi grew to realize it was safer within the fence, so for generations they stayed within the safety of the walls, but at the cost of their wildness. Over time, the trapped kihlari grew tame, losing some of their battle tactics and wild instincts, but not ALL of them. Some pegasi wonder what it's like over the wall and in the unknown, but will they be brave enough to attempt the escape? Or will the words of those who feel safe and comfortable within the safety of the walls, as well as the Over-Stallion's rule to NEVER leave the enclosure, persuade them to stay?
LET THE ROLEPLAY, BEGIN!!!
Moonbeam:
She stuck her muzzle into the hole in the wire fence, trying to see what was inside.
Sunburst:
“See anything?” He asked.
Moonbeam:
“There are definitely Pegasi in there. It is some kind of an enclosure.” She flexed her wings, a silver feather swirling off of them and drifting towards Glade Herd.
(Just to let everyone know, they are outside the enclosure!)
