Summary:
A lot happened in the previous part! The main group was able to find each other, but realized Skysong and Skysun were missing. Aquafeather, back in her role as Aquacloud, assigned Windfeather a role as lead mare as well, but the mare seems unsure of herself. Skysong and Skysun were captured by Riversun and her team. Skysong got a fever, so Riversun brought her back to Night Herd using her shield. There, Riversun and Silvershadow warped Skysong’s memories. Silverthorn shared her concerns over never finding out what happened to Violetrain with Icewind. Galewind was spying on Firethorn and Ashflame, who had captured Skysun, and flew back to the others to tell them. Brambletail and Shiverstar joined the remaining members of Star Herd. Skysun’s unborn foals have become a major issue that has leaved Moonsky and many others worried. Aquafeather decided that Galewind, Spottedwind and her would spy on Night Herd while the others came up with a plan.

She flared her wings, ready for flight. "Let's go!" She said, as she leapt into the sky.
Spottedwind,
she flew into the sky after Galewind.
Star Herd-
Moonsky:
"What a herd." He said under his breath.
Skyspring:
"You will behave Moonsky! You might be a captain but I am still your mother!" She walked over to Petalfir, "Can you try talking to him?"
Icewind and Silverthorn-
Silverthorn:
”I guess. Maybe Riversun will find her.” Her thoughts wander back to Violetrain. “Violetrain had no reason to abandon your team. She seemed happy.”
Icewind:
"She most likely died," He said. "Otherwise she would have come to Night Herd. Either way, what's done is done, and now instead of a small team to be the captain of, we have Night Herd to protect."
Skysun and her Capturers-
Firethorn:
”Again, I would just be following orders.” She nickered, getting annoyed with Skysun.
Skysun:
She snorted, looking away. "My foals are not yours to take..." She growled.
Skysun:
She looked at Firethorn, "What is going to happen to me?" She nickered softly.
Skysong and her Capturers-
Riversun:
They arrive at the camp. “Sleep here.” She points at a nest. “You look tired.”
Skysong:
She flew into the nest and was asleep in seconds

She gaped, looking at Skyspring, "Is Moonsky still fainted?"
Aquafeather:
”There‘s more.” He voice grows somber. “The foal are in BIG trouble. Riversun wants to assimilate them, which means she would take them from Skysun and Night Herd would raise them as their own. We can’t let that happen.”
(Does anyone want to make a crush for Aquafeather? 🙂 Originally it was going to be Flamestorm, but that didn’t get far when Brightriver stopped role playing on this role play.)
Petalfir:
She flicked her ears, "The big deal, Tealflame, is that Skysun having her foals in Night Herd is the WORST possibility." She nickered.
Tealflame:
Annoyed. “What’s the big deal? You knew she was pregnant, she had her foals. Sure, she is captured, but it isn’t jaw dropping that they were born.”
(I think I might want to get rid of Tealflame. He has been kind of boring lately. Maybe I will make a new character? Probably one in Star Herd.)
Skysun:
She perked her ears, bleating in response to her son's calls, hoping that he'd hear her.
Skystorm:
He bleated in hunger again. "MAMA!"
Petalfir:
She shook her head, "You're sure that Skysun had her foals?" She nickered softly.
Skyspring:
"Oh great now he's going to be even more crazy!"
Moonbreeze:
"No, they haven't. Who was chasing them?" She asked Aquafeather.
Petalfir:
Her jaw drops, fear gripping her heart. "Moonsky!" She shrieked.
Moonsky:
Faints
Petalfir:
She flicks her ears, wondering if Skysun was alright.
Aquafeather:
”She had her foals. One colt and one filly, I think.” (How much did Galewind tell her?)
Windfeather:
"I haven't seen the others."
Moonsky:
He wakes up and stumbles over to her. "Is my mate ok?!"
Aquafeather:
”I am back and have a lot of news. Have Spottedwind and Galewind returned yet? We had to split up because we were being chased.”
Windfeather:
She raced over to Aquafeather, "Aquafeather!"
Petalfir:
She looked up, "Aquacloud!" She nickered, "You're back!"
(Riversun isn't with the group in the medicine cave, I don't think. I'm pretty sure she and SIlvershadow are on their own with Skystorm)
Aquafeather:
She is relived as Ashflame stops chasing her. Finally, she reaches Star Herd. “Hello?” She calls.
(Skysun, Icewind, and SKysong are the only ones who know Icewind is her uncle. Icewind wouldn't have introduced himself since she was knocked out when she was captured, so they wouldn't know how she knew his name. big reveal?)
Skysun:
She tightens her grip on her filly, scared that at any moment, Riversun would come and snatch her away.
Skysun:
If she could have her colt, then she could escape with BOTH of them before they're weaned...
Skysun:
She remained silent, praying they'd allow her to have her colt back.

"I think it would be easier to take them both away when weaned, less stress on them."

Galewind:
Was relieved that Icewind was letting Skysun keep Rainfeather, but wanted to try and see if he'll let her have the colt, too. She stood up. "Icewind, if Skysun can have the filly, why can't she have the colt, too? He won't survive without Skysun's milk!" She said.
Ashflame:
She looked at Icefire in shock, he was letting her keep the filly?! She decided not to speak up, believing her captain had it under control.
Crystalroot:
"Of course."
Icewind:
"Fine. but as soon as she is weaned," He said threateningly.
Skysun:
She kept her wing over her filly, her eyes hardening in anger.
Ashflame:
She nodded in agreement.
Crystalroot:
"She will not! I will be here with them the whole time and will not let her speak anything against our herd to her foal."
Icewind:
"By then she will have already drilled false beliefs about our herd into her head," He snarled.
Crystalroot:
"The filly is not strong enough to leave her mother yet. When she's weaned she can leave her mother."
Icewind:
"And she let her keep the other one?" He asked, satisfied that Riversun got one of the foals.
Skysun:
She lied her head down on the nest, acting as if she was distraught, bleating in sorrow every so often.
Crystalroot:
"Riversun has her."
Galewind:
She glared at Icewind with all the hate she could muster.
Skysun:
She whispered to her foal, "Stay quiet, my love..."
Icewind:
"Where is the other foal?" He asked Crystalroot.
Crystalroot:
"Do you need something?" She asked
Ashflame:
She flicked her ear, "I brought Icefire." She explained, indicating to the stallion beside her.
Crystalroot:
"Hello." She said standing in the entrace to the den

Ashflame:
"Huh...I only saw one." She explained as she landed outside the Medicine Den.
Icewind:
He followed her. "Riversun said her starfire told her the mare had twins." He explained.
Ashflame:
She tilted her head, "Foals? I only saw..." She shook her head, "Just come and see." She nickered.
Skysong:
"No I don't remember pegasi until I see them." She said
Galewind:
"You really remember nothing about him?" She asked Skysong.
Icewind:
"We need to get her foals," He said.
Skysun:
She nodded, calling Rainfeather to her and resting her wing over her.
Ashflame:
She snorted, "Well YES." She nickered, "But you KNOW what comes AFTER labor, right?" She nickered irritably.
Skysong:
"He sounds amazing."
Icewind:
He raised and "eyebrow". "If your saying she went into labor, I know. I was talking to her when she want into labor." He said.
Skysun:
She nodded, "Yes, you do. And he's one of the most amazing stallions in Anok." She nickered, "Although...I may be biased."
Crystalroot:
"Galewind lay down and act hurt, Skysun hide the foal and eat some food." She said wondering when someone would come check on them
Ashflame: "It's that pregnant mare!" She nickered, "She...well...come and see!"
Skysong:
"I have a brother?"
Galewind:
"She is. They all are." She whispered. She turned to Skysong. "Your brother. Skysun's mate." She said.
Icewind:
He flew to Ashflame. "Yes?" He asked irritably.
Ashflame:
"Stormy skies, Icefire! Where ARE you!?" She nickered, growing impatient.
Skysun:
Her eyes widened as she teared up, "Oh, my dear Moonsky..." She murmured, "I hope my mother is helping him..."
Skysong:
"Moonsky?" She asked.
Galewind:
She lowered her voice. "They're assembling a rescue group to get you and Skysong back. Moonsky's tearing himself apart with worry," She whispered to Skysun.
Rainfeather:
"Ok!" She nickered, prancing around the cave, tossing her tiny head.
Ashflame:
"Icefire? Icefire!" She nickered.

"I don't understand what did I do to deserve being abandoned? They didn't steal me they found me." She asked
Skysun:
She nuzzled her, "You'll meet him soon, Rainfeather." She nickered softly.
Galewind:
She shook her head. "We would never, EVER do that to your, or anyone." She said.
Rainfeather:
She pouted, "But who is ma fader?" She nickered, pinning her ears back.
Skysong:
"My memories told me You and and Star herd hurt me and then abandoned me when I wasn't of any use to the herd anymore."
Galewind:
"Because I have. My uncle kidnapped you while you were separated from Skyspring. If your having horrible memories, he's the one who caused them Not us." She said gently.
Rainfeather:
She flicked her ears, "But...Cwystalfeader said two...not one." She nickered softly.
Skysun:
She nuzzled him again, "You're father is number two." She nickered.
Skysong:
"O ok...... w why are my memories telling me you did?" She asked
Galewind:
"I would never hurt you, Skysong. I've known you since you were a foal!" She said gently.
Skysun:
She nods, getting to her hooves and going to her daughter, "Well, I'm your mother. So I'm one of your parents." She nickered nuzzling her.
Skysong:
She walked up to Skysun, "You promise she won't hurt me?" She asked, her voice shaky
Skysun:
She looked behind her, "But...who my pawents?" She asked, thinking every pegasus here loved her, and that was more then two...she thought...she couldn't exactly count yet.
Galewind:
She tried to figure out how to phrase it. "They're two pegasi who love you very much," She said gently.
Skysong:
"I don't trust her." Her memories told her that Galewind had used her and left her for dead alone after Star herd didn't need ehr anymore
Rainfeather:
She looked behind her at Skysong, "She nice!" She nickered with a smile, "What awe pawents?" She nickered with a tilt of her head.
Galewind:
"I'm Galewind," She nickered. "I'm a friend of your parents."
Skysong:
"Rainfeather be careful!"
Rainfeather:
"Who you?" She nickered with a tilt of her head.
Galewind:
She lowered her head to the little filly. "Hello there," She nickered gently.
Skysun:
She sighed, "It's alright, Galewind." She murmured, wiping her face with her wing, "You didn't know."
Rainfeather:
Noticing the stranger, she broke away, trotting over to her, "Hewwo!" She nickered to Galewind.
Galewind:
She gasped. "oh, I-I'm sorry. I didn't know," she said regretfully.
Crystalroot:
She whispered to Galewind, "Riversun stole the colt, we are all struggling with it so we are NOT talking about it!"
Skysun:
She wordlessly drew Rainfeather in with a wing, hugging her. A silent tear slipped down her muzzle as she attempted to fight it.
Skysong:
She burst into tears again
Galewind:
She startled. "W-what did I do?" She asked nervously.
Skysun:
She nickered softly, calling for her foal.
Rainfeather:
She looks at her mother for a moment, nuzzles Skysong then breaks away, going over to her.
Skysun:
She flinched slightly
Crystalroot:
"Stop it Galewind!"
Galewind:
Then she realized that Skysun was pregnant with twins, but she had only met one of them. "Skysun, weren't you pregnant with twins?" She asked.
Crystalroot:
"Because she has no memories of Rainfeather."
Skysong:
"I don't remember who you are Galewind my memories tell me you hurt me. But I don't FEEL like that is right." She said softly, her head hanging (She is trying to remember but the more she tries the harder it is)
Galewind:
"She doesn't seem to scared of Rainfeather," She pointed out.
Rainfeather:
She flicked an ear, hugging her back.
Galewind:
"oh," She said.
Skysong:
She opened her wings to her little niece.
