Echofrost's breath was taken away as she heard the words. She had been expecting it for a long time, yet she was still taken aback. She could barely find the words to say yes. "Yes Hazelwind, I will." Echofrost said with a smile on her face.

Hazelwind had an overwhelming smile come across his face. He touched his nose to her's sweetly. They held it there for a moment, as it felt like time paused. Just the two of them.

Screams could be heard across the new home of Stormherd. The difference between teh battle cries and screams of terror was hard to tell. Stormherd was charging at the droolers and the burners. It was surprising to be attacked just a few minutes into settling down at their new home. And by dragons no less. Redfire took the head of the attack, with Graystone and Shysong close behind him.

The foals hid behind a cluster of trees while the rest of Stormherd charged in for battle. They charged in head first to attack the dragons. Redfire began to attack one of the droolers. Shea backed him up.

They flew circles attacking the dragons whenever possible. They tried to target the weak spots as much as possible. Meanwhile, Greystone and another pegasus named Heartflare were attacking a burner.

A few dragons had ganged up on a group of pegasi attacking a drooler. It was very problematic. This was deffinitely not how they planned for the day to go.

The foals poked there head out from behind the tree they were hiding behind. "Woah..." Thornblaze said as he observed the dragons.

Valen quickly hid himself back behind the tree. "Woah is right." He said in a low whisper.

Windheart just stared out frozen. The dragons were big, and it wasn't the most amazing sight to see when you just arrived at your new home. "Do you think it's safe here...?"

Thornblaze looked at Windheart, not really having an answer. "I don't know. We would have to ask someone like Redfire or Hazelwind..."

As Hazelwind and Echofrost were chatting they heard a scream from Stormherd. They gave each other nervous looks. Something was not right back at Stormherd. The two of them took off into flight to get back as fast as they could.

Once they had reached Stormherd, they saw the dragons attacking the pegasi. Hazelwind spoke in a voice of anger, but also protection. "You go find the foals and make sure they're alright. I'll help with the battle." And without a second word, Hazelwind swooped down into the heat of the battle.

Echofrost watched, trying not to whinnie for him to come back. But he was right, she had to make sure the foals were safe, and would stay safe. So she flew around and began to look for the foals.

Echofrost- Silver mare with a mix of dark and light purple feathers, white mane and tail, one white sock.

Hazelwind- Buckskin stallion with jade green feathers, black mane and tail, big white blaze, two white hind socks.

Redfire- Tall copper chestnut stallion with dark gold feathers, dark red mane and tail, white star on forehead

Graystone- White stallion with pale yellow feathers each with a silver center, blue eyes, silver mane and tail.

Shysong- Blue roan mare with dusty blue feathers edged in black, ice-blue eyes, black mane and tail, jagged blaze, two hind socks.

Dewberry- Bay pinto mare with emerald feathers, black mane and tail, thin blaze on forehead, two hind white anklets

Windheart- Chestnut pinto filly with emerald feathers at the mantel that fade to white at the tips, chestnut mane and tail, thin blaze, four white socks.

Thornblaze- Gray pinto colt with white feathers edged in blue, black mane and tail.

Shea- Very light grey mare with a white mane and tail streaked with silver, light dusty blue feathers tipped in silver.

Valen- Silver appaloosa colt with dark gold feathers, blue eyes, white mane and tail, wide white blaze.

Heartflare- Rose dappled mare with dark grey mane and tail, black socks, and bright teal feathers
