Dragon challenges Flamefrost to a drawing competition

Okay I challenged Flamefrost to a drawing challenge to prove who's better at drawing pegasi, and I want everyone else to pick the winners (voting will take place on a different post).

What to look for when picking who to vote for:

1. proportions (are legs long enough for the body, is neck to long, etc.)

2. color (the horse a real color, the color is the same as character, etc.)

3. the drawing matches TGH character's personality (optional) and description

How this works for me and Flamefrost:

I will pull a name of a character form the books out of a beg (I promise I won't cheat), then Flamefrost and I will draw the character (it will be the same one) to the best of our abilities.

What we can use:

blank white paper

pencils

colored pencils

markers

gel pens

crayons

pens

sharpies

What we can't use:

existing drawings

electronic devices

paint

colored paper

note book paper

parents

(if I missed something let me know)

If anyone else wants to participate they can

I was about to do the same thing and will you be saying the names of any OCs?

Nov 9, 2017

No only characters form the books, which reminds me, do you want me to pull the name out of the beg so we can get started?

Mixing up the names...

game on!! and to clarify, can we look at pictures of horses and wings for referencing if we aren't tracing them?

Nov 9, 2017

Yes, just no tracing

I'm done with Grasswing, do we need a background? I would prefer not but it might be easier to see his tail that way because it's white. (I know his description said flaxen, but I can't figure out how to make it look like that) Anyway, when I finish completely, do I post the picture in the comments here or on the other post, where we vote?

Sorry, you don't need to draw a background

  • So...um...I might be slightly...insecure about everything I do cause I live with my family. Especially my sister. So...yeah. I don’t need complement, but if you have to critisize my art, please do it constructivly, or in a separate post. This is an evil sea monste. I worked hard on the uglyness. this is an epic dragon monk hero. (yes, that is the D&D symbol on his robe. I do play it. even though I am 12. I have a nerdy family, okay?) Baby Cerberus. Not great. Baby chimera. (I really like mythology) Baby dragon. My little cousin named him Pepper Centauricorn. I made this one up I didn’t draw this, but it is just plain hilarious. I did draw the sometimes I forget leg day one. Before I got into digital art
