Sooooooooooo...I'm trying to draw a grulla horse...HOW would one go about it? Would they basically just be a gray dun?? If someone could please give me some clarification, that would be GREAT!
Grey dun is a perfect example. there are different shades of grulla too. some are silver grullas which is a silvery grey and some are more of a brown grey. Up to you. Its essentially grey/brown with black points like a bay or dun. Grullas also often have a dorsal stripe, shoulder stripes, and leg stripes. silver grullas are my favorites! also the coat of my oc. I would suggest just looking up a reference and going from there.
Gray dun actually another term for grulla! So yes XD. I suggest finding a picture of a grulla horse, and then color match the best you can. Then just add the usual dun markings and other stuff.

yeah, I think I would just draw a regular dun with muted colors and add the dorsal stripe and any other markings.
