The pegasi can finally relax, The destroyer has been killed and star is a regular pegasi. the pegasi break into the original herds and star and moringleaf oversee the five herds. Many of the pegasi think that peace has finally came to anok....
However, land horses form in clusters in the vein. They are tired of the pegasi being at war, tired at the destruction and death they bring with their wars, them blame the pegasi for Nightwing that destroyed the little land they had, blame them for keeping the best territories to themselves. A brave palimino Stallion trumpeted for the horses to gather, his ears pinned.

I don’t know why Beech did what she did, but I do know that I was kicked out of that herd, too. I wandered in the Vein for months, then joined yet another herd. I was alone for a long time; I didn’t think I could handle a repeat of what happened with Beech. And later on I got word that Blue had been hurt by… by silver starfire.”

"i understand so was mine.." she pawed the ground thinking of her past. "After your date im guessing i could meet him?"
Sage
”Well, you see, Mosswing has some hard spots. His sire was a bloodthirsty killer and his mother was soft and gentle. Mosswing inherited some of his father's seriousness . That's probably the only reason he wouldn't make you one of th pegasi.”

"Thank you for understanding..." she said softly.

"I'm so sorry that happened to you," he said softly. "I know how it feels though.." he lowered his head then looked to river. "Thank you for telling me this River, i know it must have been hard to relive it while you were telling me."

but she looked at sage and she still loved the mare she was like her mother since the pegasi killed both of her parents.
"when do you think i can prove my self to him?" she nudged Sage. "We both know im the fast and strongest horse," she nickered

She still had a feeling inside of her that Rain was up to no good, but she shook that feeling off.

"easy i can do that" she nickered. And for the second time in her life her heart broke in half part of her really wanted to be with Sage and Mosswing and the other half still hated pegasi and only agreed to maybe join the herd so that she could see the weakness of pegasi
Sage
She nickered softly, “I accept you, Rain. You're one of my friends. I accept you, but you'll probably have to prove yourself to Mosswing.”
Rain
"I do, Sage, and i agree with you.... that is why I have come. I want to live with you guys." she looked at sage besides, your like my mother to me."

”Well Rain. Sure I'll tell you. I'm not going back to the horses. My relationship with Suncloud was chosen by him, not me. Jamberry and I never will resolve. You remembe what happened. And.. I love living with the pegasi better. I hope you understand. Now if your question is answered,“ She stiffened. “I have a date to return to.”
River
She sighed. "Okay" she said. "When I was only a few days old, a forest fire endangered my herd. I barely escaped alive, but most of my family died. My father burned to death getting my sister and I to safety. The herd leader banished us, along with my mother, because my father was his brother, and he had never liked my mother. We soon after joined another herd, but a while later my mother died, and I was an outcast, except to my sister and to my friend Beech. At least, I thought she was my friend..." She stopped, unwilling to continue.
Rain
she nodded and walked out of ear shot from Mosswing.
"Before i say anything i do have one question what are you planning? With you betraying the herd and running to the pegasi, I don't want any of your snarky replies just give my the honest truth."
Sage
She relaxed, but took caution.
”Alright Rain, let's talk.” She whispered into Mosswing's ear, “I'll come back.”

He stretched his neck over Rain.

She rippled her newly developed muscles. They were much bigger than Rain's.

"Why would i want to be with a mindless pegasus like him, he is weaker then any overstallion i have seen both by horse and pegasus. No I'm here for you and Mosswing." she looked at the overstallion and pitted him.
Sage
She scoffed.
”Well then who are you here for? Star?”
Rain
"I dont really care either way, all i know is that your in my birth land, this belongs to Sun Herd, if not the horses." her eyes also glistened "A war? that i can go either way."

she laughed
"You think im here for Jam!" she pawed the ground

he rolled in the lush grass. Suddenly he heard a squeal to battle and before he had the time to get up a Seal bay stallion attacked him. "Dude! can you at least wait until im standing please!" he snaped his ears tightly against his head. as he lunged his head and grabed the stallions mane. The stallion in turn grabbed Clintons mane. Clinton grunted, the seal bay had a huge advantage, however he was bigger. With his legs he kicked the stallion belly, the force of it made the bay fall.
Hook/ the stallion
"ouch" he snorted. "Have you ever heard of playing before!"
Clinton
"yes, but i had to get you off me so that is would be fair," he answered
Hook
"Fair! your like so much taller then me! How is that fair!" Hook lunged gor Clinton, teeth bared.
Clinton turned on hook and grabbed his mane, however he palyed nicely. For what Hook said was true, Clinton was one of the tallest horses in anok.

"she was the lead mare of my herd and..." she paused " she left and jamberry became the lead mare, i had to spy on her and she was with the pegasi planning our loss.. trust me River, once you meet her," she flicked her chestnuty tail, as her bay paint coat shined in the setting sun
River
"I know I wasn't there. But can you tell me what happened so I can understand better?"

she tightly had her ears pinned
"don't doubt me, like you said your not from herd. Thus you don't know her... you weren't there when she betrayed us.." she took a deep breath careful not to blow her cover. "i just need you to trust me."

"So! if your just going to betray us not only will i hunt you down but so will the entire united herds!" she pinned her ears as she glared at her.

"You forget I wasn't even born to this herd. I only joined recently" she said sadly.

she rolled her eyes getting annoyed
