She watched the ground, turning brave when she saw the trail markers she had set up. she stoped Brave in frount of a particular jungle tree.

She dismounted, and climbed the tree and found her makeshift home out of woven branches.

Callista: She finished her sketch feeling satisfied.

Lucas found his camp charred. He shrugged slightly grabbed what was left then headed in some random direction to find somewhere he could set up a new camp at.

Tanner,

He finished up his sketch, then watched Callista, as she worked on her sketch.

Torrin: He walked up to his mount Astro and fed him a carrot

Astro: He nickered and happily ate the carrot

Peony,

She nodded slightly, Then mounted Brave, heading in the opposite direction, towards a jungle.

Lucas shrugged, "Same to you. Nice Dragon slaying out there, maybe see you some time later." he said in a teasing voice then walked back into the woods calmly leaving the girl alone again, as he went to see how his camp had fared in the dragon attack.

Peony,

"Well, it was nice to meet you," she said putting her pocketknife back in her boot,

Lucas, "Your the first person I've talked to in four years who wasn't some hobo freak." he stated calmly to her putting away his knife and looking around calmly.

Peony,

"You're like the first person, I've talked to in years," she said,

Lucas, "Nothing new to me, so I don't see why you are saying sorry." he stated calmly, as he held his knife in one hand, finally letting his hands calm down.

"Sorry," she said calmly, pulling one of her two pocket knifes out of her boot and fiddled with it.

Lucas, "yup doesn't sound like mine at all. Brother who I can barely remember, watching my mother die, and an abusive father who uses you as an 'Experiment'" he muttered to her looking down at his bronze knife calmly as he fiddled with it.

(I needed a weapon that was similar to Annabeth's but not exactly like it, so just regular Bronze will have to do!! XD His sword is a normal metal sword though.)

"I don't think so, panther attack nine years ago, family dead," she stated,

Lucas, "Just curious if you come from the same place as I do. It would be interesting to me." he said still fiddling with hid knife.

Peony,

"Why do you want to know," she said, a hint of distrust in her voice,

Lucas, "Alright then, why are you out here with Brave?" he asked calmly finding something to do with his hands, he messed with his knife while his mind kept thinking about everything but the knife that he was playing with.

She shrugged, "I'm not alone, I have Brave," she said pointing to her mount,

Lucas looked down at his sword and wanted to gag, he calmly walked over to a tree and pulled off some moss. He cleaned off his blade with it, "So why are you out here alone?" he asked calmly to her walking back over as he put away his sword.

She nodded, "Of course, she said, wiping her sword on the ground before sheathing it.

Lucas finally cut through on his side, he started to help on Peony's side. He fell to the ground, he caught Peony and landed on his feet the dragon head falling to the ground in front of them, "Thanks for helping." he said setting her down gently on the ground.

(Also, got 4 wild kihlari name ideas so far, Tigersong, Shadestripe, Smokewhisper and Wildblrur)

Lucas started to get through cutting through things in the dragon's throat. Eventually it shut up with its mouth wide open, he must have cut through its vocal cord, 'Ha! Now you shut up!!" he yelled at it but kept cutting.

(So basically we're both Slap Happy but don't want to be and are fighting our own dumb minds..... that sounds like a normal mind to me...... WHAT THE HECKDY HECK!!! I just imagined BLACKJACK with white wings, but he is also part Himpocrampi so HE HAS A FREAKING TAIL AND IT'S PEARLY!!! LIKE WAT THE HECKO DUDE!!)

She climbed back up, and helped slice through the neck.

Lucas, looked over at her side, "We should be good now. Try to stay on the line and it'll go through. But warning you now, expect a few unwanted things . . . but we should be able to slash through the bottom easily." he said calmly then started to go through the skin with his sword breaking through easily and kept pushing all of his weight onto his sword as it sliced through the dragon's neck.

(I just had a conversation with my own mind.... not the smartest thing around, but IT WON'T FREAKING STAP!!! ANNABETH AND THALIA CAN'T JUST SWITCH ROLES!!! (I wonder what is gonna happen in Lost Hero... I heard things about memory lost, and different love interest for Percy and some dude name Jason which I KNOW lost his memory.... Lucas got as far as he could without falling and then climbed back to the top waiting for Peony to get done now.

She put her dagger back into its sheath, and used the scales tp climb, and started hacking at the side.

(I wonder what the story would be like if it was Annabeth who was turned to a tree instead of Thalia...... There would have to be a different outcome, of course Thalia probably would have became a Hunter so the prophecy would be able Percy so that wouldn't change.... but it would be the love story that would change....)

Lucas, "Start cutting down the side! Use scales and anything you can to climb, then we'll see how we can cut through it's neck.' he stated in a loud but calm voice to Peony as he kept on wacking at scales.

She wacked harder at the dragon scales, dodggeing random attacks, blood got onto her hands, but she didn't care.

Lucas had to start going down the side of the neck but calmly climbed along the dragon like it was a jungle gym that he climbed on often.

She took out her dagger with her free hand, and used both her sword and dagger to chop at the dragon.

(My mind is on Nighttime crack that my body produces for itself.... it's technically called being Slap Happy, but give me a few minutes and I'll probably have another random thing to write down...XD)

Lucas gave a calm smile to her then hacked through more scales on the dragon.

Lucas thought for a few minutes, "Fine, it's just your nickname, not shorter but your nickname." he said finally almost getting lost in thought before he could say anything.

(Adding on to him here!! He has ADHD, just cause it'll be more relatable to me!! XD Also interesting thought just came to my mind while I was coloring.... what if you turned Nico into Percy then flew them over the Ocean then dropped them in at a random spot, and they fell through to the underworld and just started to fly around down in the underworld like mad people. I know random, but my mind is literally living in that story!! XD)

Lucas, "But a Peony is a type of flower, so you would be a flower if you weren't human." he stated to her calmly with a small smile as he kept slashing blood splattering across his face when he accidently went through more than just the dragon's skin, he moved somewhere else and kept slashing.

She rolled her eyes, "Flower, has one more letter than Peony, so, yeah," she said continueing to slash at the throat,

(Farther than the Styx, a bit ahead of Nico coming to save the day, where Percy is fighting Kronos now, page 362)

Lucas, "Good name, I'll call you Flower for short." he teased cutting through skin and towards the throat some more, he got bored of attacks, "Be back in a sec, I'm gonna get something." he said calmly then jumped off of the dragon all the way to the ground. He wondered into the forest and came back with thick rope and jungle vines. He wrapped up the dragon knotting itself together then tied its mouth closed.

He climbed back up and started to help out again, "Ok continue." he said calmly to her cutting through more scales at a part that he had already started.

Peony,

"I'm Peony," she said glancing over at Lucas, then back down at her sword,

(I'm getting to the part, where Percy and the gang are heading to defeat Kronos XD)

Lucas, "So my name is Lucas! What about you?" he asked looking over at her casually dogging a dragon attack and then went back to slashing at scales.

Peony,

Peony continued slashing, ducking and dodging random attacks from the dragon,

Lucas got through to the skin in multiple different areas, then cut at the skin causing more blood to poor out. The dragon roared even louder, he walked up to it eyes and slashed at the right one, "Shut up." he stated calmly to it then walked back and slashed at it's scales again the Dragon stated to fight more now but he didn't care as he dogged simply to it's fighting attempts.

(Honestly so true!)

Peony,

She helpped slash at the same area, getting deeper and closer to the throat,

(To be fair, I thought that's what it was.... remember I'm the child that hasn't read the book series yet. But Drakon's are WAY cooler than Dragons in Greek Mythology so who cares!!! XD)

Lucas nodded then started to slash through different parts but kept in a line, it would make it easier to get through the throat this way.

Peony,

She continued slashing at the drakon

(I love how we're just calling it a Drakon instead of Dragon XD)

Lucas finally saw lighter flesh he slashed at it once and blood started to leak out of it quickly. He heard the drakon roar in pain and then slashed a few more times cutting through skin and starting to see the insides of the drakon's throat, "A fair warning now, if you don't like gross things don't help me from this point on." he stated to her then kept slashing at the spot cutting through different things, all he needed to do was get through the throat and he would be able to kill it.

Peony,

She nodded, easily dodgeing another claw swipe at her, and using the change to jump onto the leg, she scurried up the lake, and started to help slash at the spot.

Lucas, "Climb up its legs and come up here! If we both start slashing at the same spot we may have a chance of cutting through its scales quicker!" he yelled down to her but didn't stop beating at the drakons scales while he talked.

Peony,

She slung her bow and quiver on Brave's saddle, and quickly slid off of her, drawing her sword, and making slices on the drakon, avoiding the claws and teeth easily.

Lucas climbed the dragon like a monkey, weaving through its legs and climbing up them onto it's back to cut more scars into its scales. He dogged arrows at the same time, he fought with a calm mindset but was wise about what he did. He was also fast, he thought fast and was fast to act too. He climbed up it's neck and started to hack away at its neck trying to cut through to its softer flesh so he could attempt to cut off it's head.

Peony,

She signaled for Brave to stop, then started aiming arrows and releasing them, aiming for the underbelly and eyes, whereever was the most exposed, and at the same time doing her best to avoid hitting the boy,

Lucas put away his knife and pulled out his sword, he always kept both on him but his knife was his go-to weapon. He waited for the dragon to appear out of the woods before he did anything. He was calm while he waited not shaking or acting like it was going to kill him as soon as it appeared.

Suddenly the dragon was there, he sidestepped out of the way of fire then slashed at the dragons leg with his sword cutting through it's scales just enough to get some blood to come out of the wound. He slashed at a few more times not knowing what the girl was doing.

Peony,

Her head shot up, not questioning who the boy was, she quickly doused the fire with her canteen of water, and mounted Brave as she was running, she swung herself around and drew an arrow, trying to see the dragon through the jungle,

Lucas didn't get much sleep, soon enough he smelled fire and thought that he forgot to put out the one that he made. He woke up face-to-face with a dragon.

He pulled out his knife and held it up, trying to protect himself but the dragon threatened to shoot fire at him, "Why does life always get worse." he muttered calmly then jumped off of his bed in the trees and started to go through the forest, the dragon right behind him burning at things.

He finally made it to a clearing and there was a girl eating, "Dragon! RUN!" he screamed at her then held up his knife towards the woods and knew he would need something bigger than what he had.

(The girl is Peony for ya Cinder!! XD

She sat down on a log, watching the fire as it crackled, she glanced over to her mount Brave, and tossed her an apple.

Brave,

She happily caought the apple, and started munching on it, at the same time looking out for danger,

Lucas ate quickly once his rabbit was cooked. He looked around for stuff to make a small shelter with, he found what he needed and began to get to work. Once he was done he had a small bed made of branches hanging from the tree, he climbed his makeshift ladder and made the bed out of straw and some leaves. He went to bed even though it wasn't near night time, the sun was still up in the sky at least. He got comfortable and hoped for no predator to find him.

Peony,

She crouched low to the forest floor, her eyes trailing a rabbit that was scampering along. her bow was drawn she released the arrow, and it shot right for the rabbits eye, hitting it and killing it instantly.

She headed back to her shelter and got a fire going, setting up something to deflect the smoke, so she couldn't be found as easily.

She skinned the rabbit burrying the fur, and started to cook up the rabbit.
