Starfrost was having a nightmare. He squirmed and twisted on the ground, trying to wake up.
Silver starfire was flooding his vision. "Ahhh," he cried. He was burning. Skydawn swooped up to him. And started to burn.
"I'm sorry," she said.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" Starfrost woke up. He looked around, flung himself up and raced over to Frostfire.
"What is it?"
"I had a...a...n-nightmare. It was h-horrible."
Frostfire nuzzled him. "It's okay," he murmured. "It was just a dream."
Starfrost found Skydawn quickly and told her about the dream. "What do you think it means?" he finished.
"I don't know," she said softly. "But I don't think it's good." Starfrost had a chill run up his backbone.

Windstorm-gray appaloosa colt with navy feathers, white tipped gray mane and tail, white spots all over body. Amberstone-sleek dun filly with dark amber feathers, dark reddish-brown mane and tail, dark reddish-brown points, amber eyes. Brightmoss-bay mare with moss-green feathers, black mane and tail Loners Frostfire- white stallion with violet tipped light blue feathers, dark gray mane and tail, one blue eye. Lark song-buckskin mare with dark blue feathers, white snip on nose, black mane and tail. Starfrost: white colt, pale yellow feathers edged in white, light green eyes, curly tail. River Herd Skydawn-bronze colored filly with magenta feathers, dark brown mane and tail, dark brown points, back left leg has no point, dark brown appaloosa pattern over rump. Bumbestar-palomino colt with aqua feathers, cream mane and tail, white star.
