Soooooooo, I'm going to be up front about this, I dislike the ship idea of 'Silverfir' a lot, 'manely' because I just think that it's kinda wrong to ship Lightfeather's adopted mom with her best friend. That is why, I instead chose to do a tribute drawing for all the pegasi that were close to Star that died through out the books, to include both Dawnfir and Silverlake, as well as Lightfeather, Grasswing, Bumblewind, and Thundersky (sorry, his feather turned out a bit browner than I wanted.. oops)
