Yep!
Also, quick tip: If you are drawing on paper, do not draw super hard so that you can erase easily if you need to!
(If you do not want to read a bunch of stuff:

:)
Step 1:

Draw the cheek! Just make a side ways "u" or just half of a circle. I usually make them have kinda sharper points, but you can do whatever you want!
Step 2:

Draw a line under the cheek (remember to make it this angle).
Step 3:

Draw the muzzle/nose. Make sure that you do not draw the line past the cheek.
Step 4:

Draw the ear (upside down/sideways "V" shape). Make sure that it lines up with the cheek!
Step 5:

Draw the neck, and the back. Make sure to not make it too long (do not make it MORE then twice the size of the head).
Step 6:

Draw part of the back leg (Remember to make it bigger then the head). Make sure to get the knee thing! (Lil bump in zee back)
Step 7:

Draw part of the front leg!
Step 8:

Finish drawing both legs (but not yet the hooves).
Step 9:

Draw the hooves (make sure they are smaller then the head). Then, draw the other legs (make them shorter then the others).
Step 10:

Draw the hair. I tend to make the forelocks I draw longer then they should be, so feel free to do whatever you want.
Step 11:

Draw the wings! (You may need to erase part of the body to do so.)
There you go! You drew a pegasus! You can color it. I am not going to be coloring it because I don't have the time rn (I'm in math class and kinda needa pay attention XD)
BUT, I can give you an example of one of my colored stuff:

:D (I used my other style of wings for dis one) Me lovely Pinebranch <3
I tried this and made an oc named Whisperfrost (I know she doesn't look the best but this was my first attempt. I'm gonna work on her character design more)
Woah nice! This is super helpful!
Still working with the wings
SO CUTE!!!!!!
