Did you mean the lines on the chest? Those are actually on a horse. It’s how I draw the horse’s chest muscles.

Umm... Echo, I think those lines are supposed to be there. If you look at Wispi's other drawings, they are consistently appear in many of them, so I believe they are part of the style

That looks really amazing!! I especially love the wings!! But I do have some advice though: you should draw it in pencil first, and erase any unnecessary lines, because I realise that there are a few lines that don't look like they belong there. when you're done, and you realise that you want to darken the lines, you can go over them with a fine point marker. its just advice though ^~^ apart from that she looks beautiful.
