SHE'S SO UNDERRATED & UNNAPRECIATED! my entry for Starleaf's competition made me realise just how much I love her XD thanks Starleaf... by the way sorry for thinking you were a boy, it was a misunderstanding...

For those who don't remember her, Flamesky was a red roan filly with emerald and gold feathers from Sun Herd. She was first mentioned in Starfire, and hung out with Brackentail and, more importantly, Stripestorm. She later fell out of touch in the books, and Miss. Alvarez confirmed, after I asked her, that Stripestorm wasn't mentioned in Stormbound or Landfall because a wingful of Pegasi stayed back when Star leapt up to create River Herd after he received the Starfire and brought Morningleaf back to life, and Stripestorm stayed back because of his family, which makes me wonder.... Flamesky was sorry when Brackentail almost killed Star, she apologised to Morningleaf straight after. These are along the lines of her words: "I'm sorry, we didn't know he wasn't going to tell Star it was a trick, I swear."

Well, maybe Flamesky liked Star? Maybe she wanted to follow him. Maybe she didn't, because Stripestorm didn't?

anyways long story short, Flamesky is a very interesting character I would like to read more about and find out more about her family and past <3
