So, we did a project for Social Studies. We picked any greek creature, person, or god/goddess. I chose Atalanta at first, then, Artemis or her Roman name: Diana. I traced this from a picture, What do you think compared to the picture? please tell the truth:D! Also sorry I have not been on here a lot.
Here it is!

Wait, Diana was the Roman version of Athene/Athena, not Artemis. But about the drawing, I don’t want to be rude but the chin and mouth look kinda ... off. The hair is awesome though.
Actually the Romans split Athena in half, and she became Minerva (goddess of wisdom) and Bellona (goddess of war). And Diana is the Roman name for Artemis.
Wait . . . . . isn't Diana also Wonder-Woman?!?!?! Oh nevermind that's just the new movie. But I agree flamefrost on the picture but otherwise it's awesome!!!!!!
I Googled that Dragon, and I didn’t find anything about Bellona but yes, she became Minerva. You’re also right about Artemis/Diana
Yeah
Nuh uh uh uh!
Athena was Minerva! Bellona was the Roman goddess of war, they stripped Athena of her military power(basically)
No offense, I hate wonder woman, i hate how sometimes they just... COPIED Greek Mythology and made it into their own superheroes ughh
I do agree, the mouth and chin look... off after a fresh mind
Bellona, Diana, Minerva are all seperate goddess btw dragon(:
I LOVE GREEK MYTHOLOGY
Ima study that when I go to college along with Horseback riding
Bellona has no Greek Equivalent, Diana is Artemis, Minerva to Athena
And Athena is Goddess of Warfare(Strategic unlike Ares/Mars) and Wisdom. Her symbols were the Snake, Olive tree, Owl, Nike the victory goddess i think?
Artemis goddess of the hunt, Maidens, many other things
Bellona of War
Sorry im going on and on
Wow... you guys have all kinda ideas of the Olympians XD (not trying to say rudely, its good)
What to you mean copy the Greek/Roman myths? DC comics is basically doing the same thing as Rick Riordan. And if I remember correctly Wonder woman is named after the Roman goddess Diana, their not steeling/changing her
Still, daughter of OTRERA? Ughhh, Rick Riordan doesn’t copy. It was for his son Haly. His son loved it and he wanted Riordan to write more. Superheroes, it gets too confusing. You think, “Oh do you know who Loki is??”
“Yeah! He’s a Villain in these comics!”
That’s basically a response I get every single time): It gets soooo annoying! Also Rick Riordan mostly did it based on myths, while Superheroes are just not really actually based on the myths. Another example.
“Hi, OML THOR IS MY FAVORITE!!!”
Then
“REALLY? ME TOO! THOR IS LIKE, THE BEST SUPERHERO!”
Do you get my point? (No offense to you guys)
