Story Line:
It was hundreds of years before Nightwing ever came into exsistanse. Spiderwing had not yes sired the 5 herds. Before Spiderwing, there were 6 main herds.
The Herds included:
Rain Herd, known for its wet and humid climate;
Scorched Herd, known for its hot temperatures and dry land;
Sky Herd, known for its lushes meadows and clear open skys;
Boulder Herd, known for its mountains and rocky landscape;
Ice Herd, known for its icey, tundra like climate
Lone Herds, known for its loners. They lived in groups of 50-100 all across the vain. The other Herds felt awkward talking about them as loners, so they gave them the creative name of Loner Herds.
One day, a large up-rise and continental quake (The continental drift) sent The Herds into panic. They banded together, unaware of any better way to stay safe during the horrific quakes. A final violent quake split the banded Herds into 2. The western half returned to normal life, splitting back into the original 6 Herds. The eastern half was forced to flee even farther east to the eatern coast of Anok. They are able to decide an Over-stallion, and most captains kept their rank, but the Herd was shaken and confused. Would they be able to adapt to their new life? Would they be able to live with their once sworn enemies?
Jungle Herd (Rain Herd) Sun Herd (Sky Herd)
Desert Herd (Scorched Herd)
Mountain Herd (Bolder Herd)
Snow Herd (Ice Herd)
They are all on the WESTERN half of Anok. When they banded together, they got split. Half of them fled west BACK TO THE TERRITORIES and continued life. The other half fled EAST and are now sheltering in the Interior\Eastern Coast. That half is the half that we are playing as. All the characters, ^^ they are in the eastern half that fled to the interior. So itsa bunch of steeds from different herds that are now living together as a herd in the interior. Thats why the format had (one of the original 6 herds). This herd is most likely kinda the origins of the ancient lake herd. Its kind of like in Landfall when the refugees lived in camps in the trap. They try to avoid each other and have separate little Camps.

( Yay! :D )
( So, I guess Woodwind can be Stonewing’s son, but they’d both have to be from the same herd. )
Rainfire:
He cantered along Sky Herd's "camp". He braced as the winds pushed against him. He slowed to a trot as he neared the Scorched Herd camp. He eyed 2 pegasi wearily, then continued on his way.
(ok. So He'll be Stormcloud's son? Or should Stonewing and his mate have split up and now Stormcloud is the new lead mare? Idk what you want)
( Hmm..... I think either way is fine, but it honestly depends on if you want Stormcloud to have a son, because Stonewing is going to have Woodwind as his son anyways xD )
Stonewing;
Stonewing flew over Sky Herd’s camp, inspecting the small group of steeds. The wind pulled harder than in most areas of Anok, but Stonewing was used to flying after living in Sky Herd. He knew he shouldn’t favor the camp where most of his original steeds were from, but he favored them anyways.
It wasn’t that he disliked the other steeds, but he simply wasn’t sure how to lead them.
(Eh he can be Stormclouds son :) )
Duskheart:
She dosed in the sun, the interiors strong winds sending shivers up her spine. She missed the hot desert climate in scorched herd's territory. Scorched Herd had chosen the most sunny spot there was. It was open, and let plenty of sun in. But thankfully had enough trees to shelter them from the foreign rain and winds.
Most Scorched Herd steeds don't remember much about rain. It rained once a year if lucky, and usually rained at night. Scorched herd was by then tucked away in their caves sleeping through the cold night. She remembered during the quake it started raining. A dreadful thing rain was. Soaking her hide and rolling off her water replant wings, soaking her tail.
She eyed a few steeds from the other herds. To her they seemed almost fat. But she was sure in their eyes she was skinny. She was aware of her deep chest and skinny waist, yet it still shocked her to see the other steeds. Especially those from Bolder and Ice Herd.
Whitefall:
Whitefall glanced to a mare from Scorched Herd as she eyed the other herds. She was very slim, and he suddenly found it repulsive. On the other hand, Scorched Herd steeds were some of the best fliers, other than a few Sky Herd steeds.
Whitefall then turned away, continuing to enjoy his break from captain training.
Sunripple-
The palomino stallion pawed the ground in frustration as he let his gaze travel around the small encampment of Rain Herd steeds. His attitude stemmed for the fact that all his herd mates seemed to be content to adapt to their new situation, and not seeming to be bothered by the fact that many of them had left their families back in the western half of the continent. Sunripple however, refused to conform to this way of thinking. Every thought -- every dream -- that he had was putting him back in the last few moments he had with his mate Rubymist right before the steeds of Anok were split in two. The pretty roan mare had been pregnant at the time, and Sunripple cursed himself every moment of the day that he couldn't be there for his mate.
(Awwww :'C )
( Poor Sunripple ;( )
Stormwind,
She surveyed the other herd "camps" around her.
Cinderfrost,
She looked around, this had been a huge change in her life.
Spottedwind,
She looked at the sky, she yearned to fly, but didn't want to get hit with the strong winds. Winds
Echolake looked over at Woodwind who was grazing and trotted up to him, "Hello Woody!" she said happy to see him and muzzling him.
Woodwind, "Hey Lake, how are you today?" he asked muzzling her back and drinking in her scent.
Echolake, "Good, what about you?" she asked with a kind smile.
Woodwind, "Good! wanna try to figure out how to fly in this wind, since you know we maybe here for a while." he said smiling back at her. as he gt ready to take to the skies and see what was about to happen.
Echolake, "Sure!" she said then galloped into the air, as she grabbed an air current, and took into the sky keeping herself afloat in the air current as she flew in it, with Woodwind right behind her struggling some, though she had already figured out how to fly in the air currents, she was a natural at it.
Cinderfrost,
She decided to take a chance flying in the strong wind,
She flapped her wings, and flew into the sky,
Strong gusts of wind hit her wings, a few loose blue-white faded feathers fell off her.
She flew in the sky happy,
Gotta go add Twistflight!! XD I forgot to last night!!))
(Don'nt know what to do XD)
Spottedwind,
She trotted around rain herds camp, not knowing what to do
(Omgsh I totally wasn't getting notifications for this!!! Ahhhhh)
wow friend wow!! XD))
Twistflight was grazing until he spotted Cinderfrost then he leapt into the sky and flew towards her, "How are you today?" he asked already used tp flying in the air currents since he used to practice flying in them.
Cinderfrost,
"Goin good," she nickered "you?"
(I'm not getting any notifications XP)
Eaglefire:
He glided over the Interior/ eastern portion of Anok. His wings beat rhythmically and he flied with a graceful action that you wouldn't expect a thick, stocky stallion from Boulder herd to have.
He spotted Whitefall far below him, the only steed he recognized and making friends was too much work in these times. All the pegasi wanted to be by themself;evs with their own herds anyway.
The massive stallion fluttered down to the younger stallion and landed with a loud thump, his stocky legs and muscular neck rippled.
"Hello, Whitefall." He snorted, then followed the steed's gaze to watch an interesting shaped steed, mostly likely from Scorched herd. She looked skinny, but then Eaglefire ruffled his feathers and realized that she probably thought he looked just as strange.
