Story Line:
It was hundreds of years before Nightwing ever came into exsistanse. Spiderwing had not yes sired the 5 herds. Before Spiderwing, there were 6 main herds.
The Herds included:
Rain Herd, known for its wet and humid climate;
Scorched Herd, known for its hot temperatures and dry land;
Sky Herd, known for its lushes meadows and clear open skys;
Boulder Herd, known for its mountains and rocky landscape;
Ice Herd, known for its icey, tundra like climate
Lone Herds, known for its loners. They lived in groups of 50-100 all across the vain. The other Herds felt awkward talking about them as loners, so they gave them the creative name of Loner Herds.
One day, a large up-rise and continental quake (The continental drift) sent The Herds into panic. They banded together, unaware of any better way to stay safe during the horrific quakes. A final violent quake split the banded Herds into 2. The western half returned to normal life, splitting back into the original 6 Herds. The eastern half was forced to flee even farther east to the eatern coast of Anok. They are able to decide an Over-stallion, and most captains kept their rank, but the Herd was shaken and confused. Would they be able to adapt to their new life? Would they be able to live with their once sworn enemies?
Jungle Herd (Rain Herd) Sun Herd (Sky Herd)
Desert Herd (Scorched Herd)
Mountain Herd (Bolder Herd)
Snow Herd (Ice Herd)
They are all on the WESTERN half of Anok. When they banded together, they got split. Half of them fled west BACK TO THE TERRITORIES and continued life. The other half fled EAST and are now sheltering in the Interior\Eastern Coast. That half is the half that we are playing as. All the characters, ^^ they are in the eastern half that fled to the interior. So itsa bunch of steeds from different herds that are now living together as a herd in the interior. Thats why the format had (one of the original 6 herds). This herd is most likely kinda the origins of the ancient lake herd. Its kind of like in Landfall when the refugees lived in camps in the trap. They try to avoid each other and have separate little Camps.

Bye!))
( BRB Gotta go clean stalls )
Sunstreak: She nuzzled her dam. "There were this hug (Huge) thig (Thing) and it bwew (Blew) me away" She said
Dewmoon:
She nodded, smiling. “Not at all, Silverstream. It was the right thing to do,” she snorted. She smiled at Petalroot’s affectionate gaze, and giggled at her frustrated grumbling when Silverstream dashed to her filly.
Silverstream: She stood up not caring about her pain. She galloped up to her filly and squeezed her tightly. She looked at Dewmoon. "Thank you!" She cried
Dewmoon:
Dewmoon gently turned right so her body was a barricade against he winds, protecting Sunstreak from them. “Walk slowly with me, don’t panic, and think of happy thoughts,” Dewmoon snorted down to the little filly through her wing.
They made their way slowly towards the medicine cave. Dewmoon kept her right eye on the twister as it slowly made its way closer to them. She began to pick up the pace just a bit, lifting her head a little bit higher and pushing her legs a little bit harder.
Every once in a while they would have to stop because of a strong wind that would knock Dewmoon off balance if they walked while it pushed against her. Soon, though, they reached the medicine cave and dashed inside. A moment later, the twister was nearly upon the cave.
Yeah sorta an ouchy, I keep putting them in RPs and hope that I can actually get them to be more than just friends, but never get anywhere.😢😢))
( lol xD )
Woodwind looked at Echolake, "You look like you are about to faint." he said worried he muzzled her gently drinking in her scent and she muzzled him back.
Echolake, "Thank you." she said to the medicine mare, "And really Woody, of course I look like I am about to faint, I lost blood all the way up here, and have been for the past 15-20 minutes!" she said a little flustered but not much.
This ship must proceed!! XD they have never gotten anywhere in any of the Rps I am in!! XD))
Sunstreak: She lifted her head and ran under the mare's wing.
Dewmoon:
Dewmoon felt the winds rip into her with cold, and she shivered intensely. A whisper flowed to her, and it sounded exactly like a young foal‘s traumatized cry. Grinning with joy and relief, she looked up to see the filly through her wild forelock.
Dewmoon braved a slow, cautious trot towards the filly. Soon she was close enough to speak to her. “Sunstreak! Your mother is this way, come with me! The tornado is coming closer!” She snorted as tiny bits of earth and dust swirled to their left towards the swirling mass of black.
Sunstreak: She bleated again and flapped her wings uselessly
Dewmoon:
She was very grateful for the mint leaves.
Outside, it was absolutely chaotic. As she had first stepped out, the winds had slammed her to the right side, smashing her against the wall of the cave. Her wind had been knocked out of her, and for a moment, it felt like she had broken her wind.
Luckily, she hadn’t. Otherwise she would have died. She continued forward, making sure she didn’t brace her wings outwards towards the wind. The hollow bones of her wings could snap easily against this wind if pushed hard enough.
Dewmoon scanned the barren interior. So far, she couldn’t see anything. She took each step carefully, with a pause in between to look for the filly.
Silvermoon: "Thank you" She sobbed painfully. I can't loose her too she thought to herself
Petalroot:
Petalroot squinted in confusion. “Sunstreak?“ She glanced to Dewmoon. Dewmoon knew of every foal and youngster in every camp. Dewmoon flicked her ears towards them.
Dewmoon trotted over, and gave the details. “Sunstreak is a four moon old filly, a part of the Ice Herd encampment-“ Dewmoon abruptly cut off as she went deathly pale. Petalroot frantically widened her eyes.
“What is it, Dewmoon? Spit it out!”
Dewmoon swallowed. “Sunstreak- is a dud. With no father, and no one to carry her up with the herd,” Dewmoon whispered. Petalroot looked away.
“Oh Ancestors, please be with us,” she breathed. Dewmoon closed her eyes.
“I can find her,” Dewmoon snorted. Petalroot abruptly stood.
“No, you are not going out th-“
“I said I can find her. Not that I will, Petalroot. That’s up to you. If you’re willing to risk that filly’s life, so be it,” Dewmoon snorted. Petalroot sighed, knowing perfectly well what she’d decide.
“Alright, go, but don’t stay out for long,” Petalroot snorted. “And, take this,” she muttered, hastily grabbing a few mint leaves from the pile. “They’ll keep you calm as you go out there. And remember: Absolutely no flying,” Petalroot schooled. Dewmoon nodded, and then cantered out of the cave.
Petalroot gently held her wings together, closed her eyes, and sent a silent prayer to the Ancestors.
Amberroot:
"I know you should be fine, but still, my job as a medicine mare is to help all injured steeds, no matter how insignificant an injury may be. It still requires my attention." She said again, then flew towards Echolake.
She ripped off a piece of the moss with her teeth and placed a thick piece where the cut was, then tied to remaining strands around the mare's neck so the bandage would stay in place.
"There. That should do it. When the tornado blows over, come find me and I can put a numbing agent on it so it won't get infected." She said simply.
Echolake, "I should be fine, But I will let you cover it." she said calmly looking down at the damage done by the tornado.
Amberroot:
She had been fluttering around her fellow Scorched herd steeds, making sure her herd mates were okay and healthy. When everyone was accounted for, she left her herd and started flying around the different herds, asking if anyone needed assistance.
Luckily, she was able to grab some moss from a nearby tree and she had been using that single resource to help her with any patient in the calm sky.
She noticed Stonewing surrounded by his mate and a colt and a limp looking filly. She immediately flew over to them. "Excuse me? I am Amberroot, a medicine mare. I can help you, if you need it." She nickered kindly, nodding towards Echolake.
"That cut could get infected if not covered."
Sunstreak: She galloped from side to side not knowing where to go so she bleated for her mother hoping someone would hear her
Silverstream: "Where is my Sunstreak?" She asked again more worried then ever for her filly
Stonewing:
Stonewing nodded to Stormcloud, grateful to her. It wasn’t that he disliked his son; it was that in these situations, it was hard for a father to not seem... standoffish.
Petalroot:
Petalroot glanced at Dewmoon who watched the giant, black, swirling mass outside of the cave. Petalroot sighed, but turned back to Silverstream and said, “Do not be alarmed, the medicine cave will hold.” She had said it before, but the winds had been too loud at that point.
Woodwind, "I am fine, it was you that I was worried about, I didn't see you on the way up and i was looking for you and dad!" he said looking down at where the tornado was, and felt Echolake nudge him with her wing, he looked over at her and saw her chest was bleeding a little, "Do you need a medicine mare?" he asked her trying to stay calm like his mother.
Echolake, "I just got hit by a branch, the end just so happened to be pointy, I almost fell out of the sky but I broke the branch in half and sent it hurling down, that was enough rage just to get me up here." she said as if the big gash on her chest was nothing and it was just a normal thing
Stormcloud:
She was counting steeds faster than she ever thought possible. She finished counting and concluded that there were three missing. (The medicine mares and the hurt mare)
She looked for her colt and spotted him with her mate. "Woodwind, honey over here!" She called.
The mare nodded for the Over-stallion to continue the assessment and did her own assessment over her son. "Are you alright?" Her motherly instincts flaring, but she kept calm not wanting to be a drama mare.
Silverstream: She lifted her head. "Where's Sunstreak?" She asked panicked
Woodwind, "What is happening!" he said loudly though it didn't sound very loud over the winds down bellow, "Where is mom, I want to make sure that she is ok!" he said a little worried, he wanted to stay by one of his parents side just to make sure that everyone would be ok.
( Awesome! :D )
Stonewing:
Stonewing was in the middle of conversing with a few captains in the air, but he apologized as he turned to his son. “Woodwind, what is it?” He asked, slightly impatient.
Woodwind, "Lake, we need to get to my dad!" he shouted as they broke the cloud layer, one of the last few to get up there, "He will know what to do!" he said taking the lead, which wasn't the most usual thing that he did when he was with Echolake, but he had an idea of just how high in the sky his father was, so he quickly shot up soon enough found him, "Dad!" he screamed in a panic hovering with Echolake right beside him hovering too.
Silverstream: She was in pain. Her sides hurt and she didn't have the strength to get up
Whitefall:
Whitefall nodded, taking no notice of the way the stallion carried his leg. But, once they flew closer to the herd, he did notice it, but knew if Eaglefire needed to tell him something, he would.
(oH YES me beautiful bipolar Iden)
( Oh okay )
(Starleaf and Nightmist you both are kinda needed on Domination, but it's not that severe)
Eaglefire:
He held his injured leg at an angle to keep Whitefall from seeing it. He hadn't been able to look the cut over, but he could tell it wasn't severe, most likely just a flesh wound.
He glanced at Whitefall and peered down at the raging tornado that was still going on. He sighed deeply, his emerald eyes content and stern, "Just rest Whitefall. You did good, but now there isn't much we can do except save our strength for when we need it." He nickered, then looked over the herd, subconsciously finding himself looking for that Scorched herd mare that ran into him.
There was something about her that he enjoyed.
Whitefall:
Whitefall flew up to Eaglefire after assisting a Weanlings to the greater heights. A lot of the younger weanlings who weren’t the best at flying were being intensely supervised, but the one he had just helped had faked his ability until then.
Whitefall looked expectantly to Eaglefire, waiting for further orders from his mentor.
( Nah I’m good lol )
( Oh woops didn’t see that heheheheheh. Sorry, I skim read the last of the comments because I too excited xD )
(Nightmist, can you respond to Eaglefire? He be looking for his Padawan (Star Wars reference) XDD)
Cinderfrost,
She did her best to stay calm, most of the strong winds had subsided because of how high in the air she was, but she still let the currents toss her around, not wanting to get hurt by fighting it
( Okay! )
I can play the mare))
Stonewing:
Stonewing scanned the herd of frantic, skittish pegasi. He called for his captains, “Captains! Report to me!” He bellowed as he flew a little ways away from the rest of the herd. If any bad news was to be had, he wanted to be the first to know about it, his mate to be the second, and the herd only if they needed to know.
Dewmoon:
The howling winds outside made her sweat until her coat was slick with it. She shivered, because it was too cold to be sweating. Petalroot was busy calming down the devastated mare, for she was trying to stand out of instincts.
The mare quickly stood up, but her legs were shaking out of nerves and she crashed back down to the ground, skittering slightly across the floor. “Dewmoon, help me with her!” Petalroot shouted over the roar. Dewmoon nodded as best as she could nod, and came over to cover the mare’s eyes with her feathers while Petalroot fixed the mare’s wing position.
(Idk, but do any of you want to play this mare? You don’t have to lol. )
Eaglefire:
He reluctantly followed Duskfire up the swift current that was pulling them both upwards, and he realized that this was easier than fighting the crosswinds. They zipped up to the cloud layer and once Eaglefire saw where all the the flapping and hovering pegasi were, he exited the current.
The air was still and calm, unlike the raging and ferocious wind storm that was happening just below them.
Eaglefire bowed his head in thanks to Duskfire, then searched for Whitefall through the crowded herds of every shade of color, hoping to see his apprentice unharmed.
Rainfire:
He felt the large steed ram into him. Whirling around he was ready to yell at the stallion but stopped himself as he saw a massive sapling zip past him, its needles slicing the first layers of the skin on his cheek. But there was no time for thanks. He was about to follow the stallion into the sky when his tail was forcefully pushed upwards. He felt the air with his wings, it was the perfect escape current. He spun around and managed to get a hold of the stallion's thick tail, the hairs gritting between his teeth. "This way!" He said spitting out his tail. He nodded for him to follow. Angling his out and down, he braced as he was nearly shot into the air. The cross current pushed him all the way up to the first clouds where he pumped his wings finishing the job and breaking the cloud layer. He watched for the captain, seeing if he followed.
Eaglefire:
He looked up to see a fellow captain, but he definitely wasn't Boulder herd. But, that didn't bother him right now, considering the circumstances. "Yes, I believe so! I haven't seen or heard of anyone-" He was cut off by the sound of a tree being ripped from the ground by the ferocious twister swooping towards the two steeds.
It was a small pine tree, still a sapling, but it hurled towards Rainfire with blazing speed, "Look out!" Eaglefire bellowed and rammed the captain out of the way before barely managing to serve himself of the tree's way. One of the pine branches clipped his leg and a stinging pain shot up his thigh. But, the pain was bearable and he looked at the captain, "We won't be able to help our herd if we're dead. Come on, before another tree takes us both out!" He screamed in reply and pumped his wings upward.
Rainfire:
He dove towards Stonewing. "Is everyone accounted for?" He asked. His feathers were rippling and separating as the crossing wind currents ripped and pulled. The thick ends of his mane stinged against his cheek. He scanned the ground to see the last of the Desert Herd steeds swiftly broke the cloud layer above him. He dove down to meet a Boulder Herd captain.
"Is everyone-" He stopped to doge a flying branch. 'Curse these winds!' "
"Is everyone accounted for?" He nearly screamed over the whistling winds.
Amberroot:
At the first signs of the twister, she grabbed any pegasi who were around her, regardless of the herd differences, and herded them all into the sky. She was happy to see that all the captains and over-stallions were quickly clearing the area. She lifted off after Duskheart and pumped her slender wings.
Her Ancestors were from Scorched herd, so she could easily fly high and fly quickly, and her thin body easily broke through the rushing winds.
But, because of the low light and the panic inside her bones, she missed to see the large Eaglefire scanning the land below him for any straggling pegasi.
The medicine mare flew straight into the stallion, but with his large size, the impact did nothing but slow him down and surprise him. "I'm so sorry! I didn't see you!" She screamed to him over the rushing winds, and to her surprise, he smiled and pointed upward.
He shoved her upwards with his head, forcing her to keep flying. He continued to look for any pegasi left on the ground, "What a brave captain..." She thought and continued flying.
( BRB, gotta take a shower )
Hailsun: He galloped into the air and flew as high as he could go.
Whitefall:
Whitefall nodded, controlling his panic. He dove away from Eaglefire, warning the herds after him. “Join together! Fly high!” He shouted.
Stonewing:
Stonewing pricked his ears to his mate, and then to the storm. Panic then squeezed his throat. “Stormcloud, it’s a twister. A twister, Stormcloud! We need to get the herds high above it, now!” He said urgently. He didn’t want to panic the herds, because panicked pegasi didn’t always fly straight.
He whinnied for the remainder of his captains who were on the ground. Separating them off depending on herds and who could get the job done the fastest, they flew off. Each set of captains went to a different camp to lead the group of pegasi.
Stonewing then whirled around, looking for his son, Woodwind. He spotted him with a filly he recognized to be Echolake. “Woodwind!” He tried, but he had already breached the cloud layer. “Blast it,” he muttered, then joined with Stormcloud in the air. He looked down to see all the camps, lead by their respective captains, fly into the air. There were a few bedraggled yearlings left alone, and Stonewing dove after them.
He waved for his mate to continue skyward as he flew to the group. “This way. Do not panic, but follow my wake.“ He shouted over the winds as he spun in midair towards the sky. He could already see the tornado beginning to form.
”Sir, sir! Wait! A medicine mare and her apprentice are still on the ground!” A yearling cried. Stonewing stopped abruptly, glancing behind him. He evaluated each of them. He remembered them, their names, and their attitudes. He chose a filly he knew to be very trustworthy to lead them the rest of the way as he dove down even closer to the ground.
He quickly spotted the two Rain Herd mares, still in the giant medicine cave. Stonewing landed, the winds pummeling his mane, tail, and feathers. “What are you two doing? Come on!” He shouted, rearing.
Dewmoon, the apprentice, shook her head and stepped aside so Stonewing could see Petalroot more clearly. There was a mare, a young one, on the ground. She had torn flight feathers, and a few scratches on her flank. She looked to be an Ice Herd steed, so she must have been attacked by a cougar or ice tiger of some sort.
“Dear Ancestors,” he groaned.
Petalroot nodded. “She shouldn’t leave the cave, all the medicines she needs are here. And if you were to drop her at that height-“ She trailed off, catching her breath. She shook her head. “This mare needs to stay here, Stonewing,” Petalroot snorted.
Dewmoon looked terrified, Petalroot looked grave, the mare looked acceptant, and Stonewing looked decided. “Go back farther into the cave. The stone should hold,” he snorted. “I will come back if I can.”
Petalroot nodded, and Dewmoon helped her transport the mare to the back of the downward-sloped cave. Stonewing then flew out of it, no longer seeing the yearling group. He raced to the top of the cloud layer, his shoulders and wing muscles bulging and his legs pumping.
(Okay, for once, I think this one might be a bit long.... )
Twistflight nodded back at Cinderfrost as a way of saying "Ok." and then he faced forward again, putting his body back into a stiff stick pose once again, and glided on.
Cinderfrost,
she nodded back at Twistflight
Rainmist: She jumped into the air and flew as high as above the cloud layer
Twistflight looked back at Cinderfrost, "TRY TO KEEP CALM AS BEST YOU CAN!" he yelled back in a calm yet supportive voice.
Sorry had to eat dinner, and I didn't have the time to say bye!)
Cinderfrost,
she took deep breaths doing her best to calm herself.
Twistflight let the winds push him around some, but stayed in his wind current, gripping it tightly, and staying as calm as he could in this situation.
Cinderfrost,
her mind was racing, as she let the winds toss her around, her muscles had luckily relaxed but that didn't stop her from being scared
Echolake perked her ears at the sound of a stallion yelling about a tornado, "WOODWIND COME ON WE HAVE TO GET INTO THE SKY AND ABOVE IT NOW!!" she yelled then galloped into the sky, and was soon breaking the clouds hearing wing beats below her, she took a glance back and saw Woodwind, "That a relief." she thought but kept flying up until she broke through the clouds and was above them instead of in them , and then Woodwind was right beside her
Tideflight didn't even think before he was off the ground and soon enough he was above the clouds, gulping for air but keeping it in for a long time too.
(Way to lazy to write out all my OCs)
All my Ocs,
They all flew into the sky, as quickly and carefully as possible
Eaglefire:
The sky got suddenly darker and darker until it almost looked like nighttime. He spun around and felt a hard crosswind slam into him. He almost lost his balance from the staggering winds, but he splayed his wings out wide to keep himself from falling.
He grunted and looked at Whitefall who was also struggling in the harsh winds, "It's a tornado!" He screamed to his apprentice, "Need to fly over it! Staying in sky or ground get us sucked into it. Warn everyone!"
The large stallion whinnied before falling into a nose dive towards the separated herds. "TORNADO! FLY HIGH!!! FLY OVER IT! DO NOT STAY ON THE GROUND!" He bellowed as loud as he could to all the herds, hoping his voice could be herd to all the pegasi as he flew over Rain herd, then Sky herd, Scorched, herd and ended with Boulder herd and Ice herd.
Cinderfrost,
she felt tense, but she took in some deep calming breaths and her muscles slowly relaxed,
Twistflight got into a wind current, and spread his wings out all the way, not flapping much and letting the wind carry him, and he didn't even try to go against it, "Just keep calm, and don't try to stop anything, you know that if Cinderfrost gets behind the wind will carry her back up to you." he thought calmly closing his eyes, but staying in the air without even having to think about it.
Cinderfrost,
"Alright!" she yelled back, she relaxed her wings some and let the wind guide her, flapping her wings every once in a while so stay up
Twistflight, "Stay flying, and let the wind currents pull you, and don't try to go against them!" he yelled back at her, wincing at the pain that shot through his wings from all the wind flapping them around, but he ignored it the best he could and stay by Cinderfrost side, not worrying about himself but about her.
(Do da do, keepin track of like 6 Rps at once, but me can handle it XD)
Cinderfrost,
"SHould we try hovering or continue flying?" CInderfrost asked, with a hint of fear in her voice
Cinderfrost,
"We can try staying up here!" she yelled back.
Twistflight, "I Can tell, but I am also wondering if staying up here would be safer!" he yelled over the howling winds.
Cinderfrost,
she saw the sky darken, "Uhhhh Twistflight, we need to head down!"
Stormcloud:
She smelled the air. Seemed like there would be another storm. She looked at the sky. It was turning very dark, nearly black. She left her position at Rain Herd's camp to join up with Stonewing. "Stonewing!" She called over the loud winds. "Whats going on? I've never seen a storm like this!" (Issa tornadooooooooooooooooooo)
Eaglefire:
He nodded, then flapped his wings. "Again." He said as they flew.
Whitefall:
Whitefall bit his lip, heeding his mentor's word. He found it amazing that his mentor had saved a new born filly from ice tigers. Whitefall scanned the area below him. The trees were sparse, but he spotted one of interest.
"There is a tall, steel-like pine tree. A squirrel is scurrying up it after a successful burial of acorns for the winter," he snorted.
Eaglefire:
"But, because of that hare, the eagle will now be able to feed her babies." He said, before pointing over at a very large oak tree where the eagle landed in her large nest, and fed the chewed up rabbit to her featherless chicks.
He glanced back to the blue roan and saw how distressed the young captain looked, "Try again, Whitefall."
He encouraged,
"I know this exercise seems pointless and confusing-I too thought the same way you did at one time- but when my mentor had taught me the same lesson, I listened and learned this skill. Because of this lesson and exercise-in my very first years of becoming a captain- I was able to save a newborn filly from being eaten by ice tigers."
Whitefall:
Whitefall nodded, immune to his teasing. Whitefall didn’t understand it, if he was to be honest. He squinted down through the clouds, attempting what his mentor had just told him.
“I see.... a hare, frolicking through the woods, not seeing mischievous eagle flying overhead. In a moment it should recognize the signs of danger, but....” Whitefall trailed off as he looked away from it. Poor hare, he thought to himself.
(oof this is kinda long sorryyy)
Eaglefire:
He shook his head, then bumped Whitefall on the shoulder in an annoyed way, "No. Look harder. Don't look at the clouds-look at your surroundings. It's what you see, what you hear, and what you feel going on around you."
The younger stallion was now obviously frustrated and bored of this useless exercise so Eaglefire looked down, then said quickly,
"A Rain herd mare is walking through the woods and in 20 steps will trip on a hidden root and will bruise her knee. An Ice herd stallion just finished preening his wings and is now headed towards the nearest lake to visit with another Ice herd mare."
Eaglefire flicked his ears in every direction and continued , "An elderly wolf is whining about a mile west-the pack must have abandoned him. A baby bird just fell out of its nest and is now calling furiously for its mother's help....shall I go on?" He asked humorously,
"Be Observant. As a captain you must be ready for everything and this exercise sharpens your senses and teaches young, impatient stallions how to be patient and respect his teacher." He said the last part with more volume in his voice and glared playfully at Whitefall.
Stormwind,
she looked around Scorch Herds camp, keeping track of their numbers, and what pegasi they were
Whitefall:
Whitefall had felt extremely awkward in the silence, but hadn’t asked any further questions as he followed Eaglefire. As they flew over the top layer of clouds, Whitefall looked down. “I see.... Clouds. Big, white, fluffy clouds,” he snorted over the winds, glancing to Eaglefire.
Eaglefire:
He didn’t respond right away. He flexed his wings and hovered right above the herd, enjoying the surroundings and the breeze. It took him so long to answer that Eaglefire was sure that Whitefall was beginning to think that his mentor was just ignoring him, which is exactly what Eaglefire wanted.
A few more seconds of blissful silence, Eaglefire looked at Whitefall, “Follow me.” He said gently before turned away from the herd and pumped his wings and started to fly higher. He glided over the cloud layer and inhaled deeply, enjoying the sun, the wind through his feathers, and the confused look in Whitefall’s face. Eaglefire slowed so he was flying directly next to his apprentice, “Look down. Tell me what you see.“ The stallion noddEd toward the landscape below him.
Whitefall:
Whitefall watched the pegasi below in fjord for a while, and then gently shook out his mane. He turned to Eaglefire. “What am I to do next in my training?” He asked.
Woodwind landed calmly, though he had a rough time coming out of the wind current but he stayed calm and landed beside Echolake like nothing was wrong, cause really was anything wrong? he smiled away as he grazed beside Echolake calm and steadily picking at the grass and ripping it up.
Snowdust,
the yearling filly looked around, as she stood by her sister.
Iceshard,
"you know, you can go flying with the other foals, I know you want to become a battle mare, but still, enjoy being yourself,"
Snowdust sighed, "I know I know, You've told me this a million times sis,"
Snowfire,
he watched as his sisters talked to each other
Echolake took a look around, "Woody how are you with the winds at the moment?" she ask looking back at him, but keeping her wings out and staying afloat in the wind current.
Woodwind, "I am holding up quite well actually!" he said spreading his wings wider and griping the current better, "It's a little like swimming in the River!" he said smiling, "Anyways wanna land I am a little tired!" he said looking down at the ground.
Echolake, "Sure, to Rain Herd camp we go!" she said before diving out of the wind current and landing calmly by the other Rain herd steeds, not being able to tell if they were looking at her, or if they were just minding her own business, though she ignored them and went along and started to graze with Woodwind right by her side.
Rainmist: "How are the other herds doing?" She asked the lead mare
Amber root:
She chuckled, “It probably takes a lot of effort with those large, bulging muscles. But, at the same time, did you see the size of their wings? Totally massive-not like our long, slender wings.” The mare quipped, “We’re shaped like a wasp, they’re shaped like a bear.“
She said, watching both stallions leave and fly North.
Rainmist: "We're doing fine, just adjusting" She said with a smile
Stormcloud:
"How are you guys holding up?" She asked the mare.
Rainmist: She nickered a greeting to Stormcloud after landing in her herd's area
no just someone random))
( Is the mare Stormcloud? )
Hailsun: He grazed happily. A shadow crossed over him and he looked up to see a mare flying overhead
Whitefall:
He had taken off after Eaglefire, following him sharply. When they slowed, he looked down at the camps. He nodded. “Difficult to find,” he agreed.
Stormcloud:
She trotted around the camps freely walking into the groups of foreign steeds. She didn't understand why they wanted to be separated. She did her best to tuck her wings making herself look small and harmless. She friendly nickered greeting to the steeds at Rain Herd Camp. Most of the mares responded returning the greeting. She smiled glad that they understood. The stallions however gave a slight nod of respect. 'But that was to be expected from war fanatic stallions ' She thought chuckling to herself.
Duskheart:
"Hm? Oh hello Amberroot!" She returned the greeting then turned her gaze back to the bulky steeds. "Im not sure. Probably in the Sun Patch." She chuckled.
"Do you think we look weird to them?" She said nodding to the Bolder Herd steeds. "They're so bulky and big. How do they fly? Same with those Ice Herd Steeds. Those Ice Herd steeds are big AND tall. How do they get off the ground?"
Spottedwind,
She decided to try flying in the strong winds, she flapped her wings and flew into the air, it was tricky for her at first, then she started getting used to the wind
Rainmist: She flew over the camps of the different herds happily. She loved that flying alone let her be care free
Duskfire,
He took to the air, flapping his wings a bit harder so the strong winds wouldn't knock him off track, he scanned Scorched Herd below him, then scanned the surroundings for hidden dangers
Eaglefire:
He nodded then unfurled his wings and leapt off with a mighty kick, pumping his massive wings to gain altitude. He flew up to the club layer, but stayed beneath the clouds so he could find what he was looking for. Boulder herd and Ice herd were in the Northern-most part of the Eastern interior borders.
Eaglefire sharply rounded a corner then flew over a crested hill. On the other side was a small fjord. Boulder herd's camp was on one side of the fjord and Ice herd was on the other side.
Eaglefire looked at Whitefall then nodded, "There is the camp. Like I said, not the easiest place to find. But, it is a good location. It's colder up here-like we're used too and the fjord and crested hill in front of it remind me of home." He said to the captain in training.
(Yeah sure XDD Amberroot is with Duskheart is guess in like an open area or a meadow or something...I think...But I propose that all the Medicine mares have like a massive cave or a den that they can all hang out in and share experiences and resources. I think that would be the easiest way to do it, but its up to Starleaf.)
