he nodded at Sasha, "She needs that," he said, "Like I said before, I'm fine," truth was, he was fine, granted his ankle hurt some, but that was nothing compared to what he had to live to sometimes.
She nods, walking over to Leo's cell and holding them as far into the cell as she could, "Please, Leo. You need these too. Besides, you wouldn't reject a gift from the Queen of the 5th Clan, do you?" She asked with humor glittering in her gaze.
She sighed, "I don't know much about them myself, Queen Shomani." She said, "The girl, Sasha, tells me she was forced to do the things she did...but I am not yet sure about the boy, Leo."
"It's alright. I haven't seen you in a few years."
Sasha:
She leaned her back against the cell wall, she fell asleep.(Her cough is based off the bad cough my mom has (She's had it for a while it's not covid but the cold makes it SO much worse)
She stood up, "Sorry." She said with a sheepish smile, "It's just not every day you get to meet a foreigner with a rank higher than yours." She said, nodding respectfully.
She nods, "I must leave you for the night, but I will return tomorrow. I enjoy our talks." She said with a small smile, turning to go, "Oh, and guards, get these two some pillows. Stone does not make a good bed." She said, walking up the stairs.
She nods, "I will tell my father. He will order guardsmen to search the place you detailed. Hopefully, we will catch the culprit, and do not worry, we will not let this man know you are the one who tipped us off." She said softly.
She nods, "I will do all I can." She said with a small smile, "I admire your devotion to your family, Sasha." She said, "And I am proud of your courage, it takes bravery to do what you did."
"And what do you think this person will do to your family if you can no longer do what is demanded of you?" She asked, "If we can put him...or her...behind bars, your family will be safe."
She looked at Leo, "Oh? I see..." She looked at the two, "Please, whatever information you can provide may save a lot of lives. If we can stop the true culprit, I may be able to convince my father to, at the very least, shorten your sentence."

Sasha:
She nodded and fell asleep on the couch.
Lyra:
"I'm concerned." She said softly
Leo,
he nodded, 'yeah I'm fine," he whispered softly to her,
Avlar,
he nodded, and left the room.
Sasha:
"A-are y-you w-warm?" She asked Leo
Shomani:
"Thank you Avlar, you are free to leave."
Leo,
he put an arm around Sasha
Sasha:
she shivered
Avlar,
he nodded, and set Sasha on the couch,
Leo,
he slowly sat down next to Sasha
Lyra:
She started a fire in the fireplace. "Set her on the couch." She said.
Avlar,
he reached the sitting room.
Sasha:
She looked around, trying to find Leo.
Lyra:
She walked next to Sasha
Avlar,
he nodded and started heading out of the dungeon,
Leo,
he slowly followed behind, his brain kept telling him not to trust,
Shomani:
"Go up to my sitting room." She said
Leo,
he slowly came out of the cell when Shomani unlocked it,
Sasha:
She shivered, "I-I'm n-not l-leaving L-Leo."
Avlar,
he nodded and gently picked up Sasha,
Shomani:
"Avlar pick up Sasha." She ordered
Shomani:
She unlocked Leo's cell door. (What was your guard named?)
Leo,
he stood up suspiciously
Shomani:
"Both of you come with me."
Sasha:
She didn't want to leave Leo.
Shomani:
"Guard pick up Sasha and carry her to my sitting room."
Leo,
"Sasha please," he pleaded to her
Sasha:
She shook her head, "No."
Leo,
"Sasha, you need to get out of the cold, I'm fine down her, promise,"
Lyra:
She opened her medical bag.
Sasha:
She shook her head, "Not leaving Leo."
Leo,
"Then do something, please anything to help her,"
Lyra:
She hear the girl cough and winced. "She shouldn't be in the cold."
Leo,
he looked at Sasha, hoping she would feel better
Sasha:
"Fine." She coughed
Lyra:
She came when one of the queen's servants fetched her. "I'm the healer." She said.
Sasha:
She stayed huddled under the blankets
Leo,
"Sasha, accept it," he said softy, looking over at her with pleading eyes
Shomani:
She nodded, "I'll call the healer."
Sasha:
She weakly shook her head.
Leo,
"no she's not, get her medical care," "please, " he added
Sasha:
"I'm..." Cough. "Fine." Cough
Leo,
he nodded at Sasha, "She needs that," he said, "Like I said before, I'm fine," truth was, he was fine, granted his ankle hurt some, but that was nothing compared to what he had to live to sometimes.
Shomani:
"Food? Water?" She asked. "Medical care?"
ACK!! I gtg for the night...see you tomorrow?))
Leo,
"nothing I can think of," he sighed, running a hand through his hair.
Shomani:
"Anything else either of you need?" She asked.
Kashara:
She smiled softly, even IF these two were prisoners, they didn't deserve to be ill treated.
Sasha:
She shivered as she tried to wrap herself up in the blankets.
Shomani:
She unlocked Sasha's cell's door and helped wrap her up in the blankets.
Leo,
he took the blankets and sat back down setting the blankets to the side of him, not needing them
Kashara:
She nods, walking over to Leo's cell and holding them as far into the cell as she could, "Please, Leo. You need these too. Besides, you wouldn't reject a gift from the Queen of the 5th Clan, do you?" She asked with humor glittering in her gaze.
Leo,
"Fine your majesty," he muttered
Shomani:
"I am Shomani queen of the 5th clan and you do NOT want to argue with me!" She said firmly
Leo,
"Serosly I'm fine, I've dealt with worse, give them to Sasha,"
Shomani:
She handed Kashara a stack of blankets. "Please give those to Leo." She said giving Sasha the other blankets.
Kashara:
She nods, smiling softly, "We seem to think alike, Your Majesty." She said with a soft nod.
Shomani:
"No I do not. But I will NOT stand to see prisoners mistreated, I don't care what they've done!"
Guard:
He got a stack of blankets and handed them to Shomani.
Kashara:
"You know these two, Queen Shomani?" She asked in shock.
Leo,
"I'm fine, get the blankets for her," he said
Sasha:
She jerked awake. "What?" She coughed
Shomani:
She hurried ahead. "Oh my goodness! Guards get more blankets, Now!" She ordered
Leo,
he looked up hearing footsteps
Kashara:
Leading her down the stairs, she approached the two cells that held Leo and Sasha.
Shomani:
She followed Kashara
Kashara:
She nods, leading the Queen to the palace dungeons.
Shomani:
"Sasha and Leo? They sound familar. Will you please take me to see them?"
Kashara:
She sighed, "I don't know much about them myself, Queen Shomani." She said, "The girl, Sasha, tells me she was forced to do the things she did...but I am not yet sure about the boy, Leo."
Shomani:
She nodded, "That's true. Now what is this I hear about 2 new prisoners?" She asked
Kashara:
She chuckled, "You must not leave the Sandwen Lands much then." She said with a bright smile.
Leo,
he rested his eyes, unable to fall asleep, forcing himself not to fall asleep with the nightmarese that haunted him,
Shomani:
She nodded, "You were a very little girl then."
Kashara:
Her eyes widen, "We've met before?" She asked.
Shomani:
"It's alright. I haven't seen you in a few years."
Sasha:
She leaned her back against the cell wall, she fell asleep. (Her cough is based off the bad cough my mom has (She's had it for a while it's not covid but the cold makes it SO much worse)
Leo,
"fine, but if you need it, just tell me," he said, tossing it to the corner of the cell
Kashara:
She stood up, "Sorry." She said with a sheepish smile, "It's just not every day you get to meet a foreigner with a rank higher than yours." She said, nodding respectfully.
Sasha:
She tossed the blanket back to him again, "Just keep it Leo, please."
Leo,
he tossed it back, "I'll be fine, I've dealt with colder tempaters than this without a coat or anything,"
Shomani:
"You don't need to curtsey." She said softly
Kashara:
Her eyes widened as she fell into a curtsey, "Your Majesty." She said calmly.
Sasha:
She shook her head and tossed it back to Leo. "Keep it. You need to get warm too."
Leo,
"Here have this," he said tossing her his blanket through the cell/
Sasha:
"Like I have a choice." She said.
Shomani:
"I am Shomani, Queen of the 5th clan."
Kashara:
"Oh! Hello!" She said with a smile, "Should I know you?" She asked, racking her brain, trying to remember all the people she met on a daily basis.
Leo,
he raised an eyebrow, "Sasha," he said softly, "you could be getting sick from the cold,"
Sasha:
She nodded and coughed at the same time
Leo,
"You sure?" he asked softly, looking over at her.
Sasha:
"I think I'm fine." She said
Leo,
he nodded, "More important question, are YOU alright," he said
Sasha:
She shivered. "Leo. Are you ok?" She asked.
Shomani:
She heard footsteps and looked out of the Emperor's study, "Kashara?" She called
Kashara:
She nods, "I must leave you for the night, but I will return tomorrow. I enjoy our talks." She said with a small smile, turning to go, "Oh, and guards, get these two some pillows. Stone does not make a good bed." She said, walking up the stairs.
Sasha:
She nodded. "O-ok." She said
Kashara:
She nods, "I will tell my father. He will order guardsmen to search the place you detailed. Hopefully, we will catch the culprit, and do not worry, we will not let this man know you are the one who tipped us off." She said softly.
Sasha:
She told the princess where to find the person.
Kashara:
She looked at her, "Thank you...every piece of information we can get will help."
Sasha:
She shook her head again. "A brave person wouldn't have killed people. I can't tell you his name but I can tell you where you can find him." She said
Kashara:
She nods, "I will do all I can." She said with a small smile, "I admire your devotion to your family, Sasha." She said, "And I am proud of your courage, it takes bravery to do what you did."
Sasha:
She shook her head, "No Leo."
Leo,
"Sasha, I am not leaving here without you," he said, "even if I do get free I'm staying in Dakur,"
Sasha:
"I have to keep them safe. That's more important than being free. But please..... try and free Leo."
Kashara:
She sighed, "Without this proof you have been forced to do what you are convicted of...I'm afraid I cannot help you...not yet." She said sorrowfully.
Sasha:
She silently shook her head, coughing for a minute.
Leo,
"there's no such thing as safe," he murmured softly
Kashara:
"And what do you think this person will do to your family if you can no longer do what is demanded of you?" She asked, "If we can put him...or her...behind bars, your family will be safe."
Sasha:
"I can't tell you. My family was threatened, I can't tell you who is is."
Leo,
"They might release her, but they'll never release me," he said shaking his head.
Kashara:
"Then...I may be able to negotiate for your release." She said calmly, "I want to help, I really do."
Sasha:
"They didn't give me a sentance. They just threw me here."
Kashara:
She looked at Leo, "Oh? I see..." She looked at the two, "Please, whatever information you can provide may save a lot of lives. If we can stop the true culprit, I may be able to convince my father to, at the very least, shorten your sentence."
