He glanced over at Trilla

Isha:

She finished the bottle and nudged it, "More."

Felix,

He smiled softly then returned his focous to Isha.

Tuli:

'It's fine."

Felix,

"Well, thanks," he said with a smile.

Tuli:

"I've dealt with some stuborn land horse foals."

Felix,

he smiled gratefully at Tuli,

Tuli:

She went and grabbed soem honey, she put some on her finger and some on the bottle, "Here, hoeny is sweet Isha." She said.

Isha:

She sucked on Tuli's finger, "Yum!" She started to suck on the bottle, "Good!!!"

Felix,

"Please Isha, you need to eat," he said.

Isha:

"Not good." She said

Felix,

"You need food," he said softly,

Isha:

'No." She said grumpily

Felix,

"thanks," he said taking the bottle, and holding it to ISha, "Here, it's milk," he said gently.

Trilla:

She handed him the bottle. "Here."

Felix,

"I can," He said,

Isha:

"Need food."

Trilla:

She brought back a bottle of mare's milk. "Here Tuli or Felix can you feed her?"

Felix,

"because you haven't eatten at all yet," he said gently.

Isha:

"Why am I so hungry?" She aske

Felix,

He kept reassuring stroked, Isha's neck.

Trilla:

She raced off to the Ruk to get the milk.

Felix,

he reasuringly storked Isha's neck, "Don't worry, food will be here soon,"

Isha;

"I'm hungry." She said.

Trilla:

'Oh no! I forgot to get the foal's milk!" She said.

Tuli:

'Mom can you do that? She's getting hungry."

Felix,

He smiled softly at ISha.

Isha:

"Oh..."

Felix,

"That's right ISha," He said.

Trilla;

She watched in wonder as Felix and Tuli spoke to the filly,

Tuli:

"Never, we will NEVER forget about my Isha."

Felix,

"Of course not!" he replied.

Isha:

"Did you forget about me?" She asked, scaredly

He laughed softly, "Hi there Isha," he said gently stroking her neck.

Isha:

She head butted Felix, "I'm right here!"

Felix,

He noddded.

Tuli:

"Will they be nice to Isha?"

Felix,

"Yeah, they've seen SPottedwind before, but that's it," he replied.

Tuli:

"Have they met any kihlari before?"

Felix,

"They are, although, one of them, is a brat," he said with a small laugh.

Tuli:

"They sound beautiful!"

"Two, black and white paints, and one palomino one,"

"What do they look like?"

"That's cool! Also, We do have some land horses there,"

(It's cold here and because I am SO smart I have my fan on as I huddle, shivering under my blankets talking about how cold it is!)

"I love farms! I used to visit one and help raise land horses but they moved."

Felix,

"Sure!" he replied

Tuli:

'Can I bring Isha? I don't want to leave her alone."

Felix,

"Of course, Tuli!" he replied.

Tuli:

'Can I help on your farm?!" She asked

Felix,

He looked at Trilla, "If you ever need a job, we could always use help at the farm," he said with a small smile.

Tuli:

'Mom. What will you do if you lose your job?" She asked.

Trilla:

'I won't lose my job, but I will go work at your Grandma's store for now."

Felix,

he nodded "Yes, she was,"

Trilla:

She petted Isha's neck, "Isha was a miracle."

Felix,

"That's hard," he said softly

Trilla:

"This year it just seems like more mares die than live after birthing foals."

Felix,

He winced, I'm so sorry," he replied

Trilla:

'I think the Queen wants to fire me."

Felix,

"It's not your fault, anything can happen in births," he said.

Trilla:

"This is my fault. We lost 5 mares this year and 3 foals. More than EVER before."

Felix,

he looked over at Trilla, "I'm sorry," hesaid.

Tuli:

She heard ehr mother come in, "Hi mom!"

Trilla:

"Tehy closed the Ruk, there will be no more kihlari for a while."

Trilla: She went back to the Ruk and saw the queen, "Your Highness, we lost the mare Tekka but ehr foal made it,"

Sarah:

"I am sorry but until further notice the Ruk is closed." She said.

Trilla:

She gasped and walked back to her house

Felix,

He nodded

Tuli:

'That's a long time away, lets not think about it right now." She said (I'm just trying to kill time till we leave)

he glanced at Tuli, not knowing what to say.

Tuli:

"I want her free." She said.

Isha:

'NO!" She started to cry, "NO!"

Felix,

He nodded, "I think she should be free," he replied, "she should know what its like,"

Tuli:

'Felix am I doing the right thing?" She asked

TulI:

'She needs to be free." She whispered back.

Isha:

'I stay!"

Felix,

He glanced at Tuli, cshe doesn't know what being free feels like," he whispered softly.

Isha:

"NO!" She bleated, "I want to stay here!"

Felix,

"I can help you," he replied.

Tuli:

'I won't fail you too Isha!"

Isha:

"No! I want to stay here!"

Felix,

He nodded, "Alright," he replied.

Tuli:

"Felix, when Isha is weaned, I'm setting ehr free." She said

Felix,

"Yes, Tuli, she loved you very mucj,"

Isha:

"No Tuli, Mama loves you."

Felix,

"You didn't fail her," he said gently,

TulI:

"I can't stop feeling like I failed Tekka." She said

Felix,

He nodded softly.

Tuli:

'We have lost a lot of mares and foals this year so we have spare milk."

(XD, I think I have like 2 inches now, idk O've been laying in bed the past 2 hours)

Felix,

"We need to figure out what she can eat," he said looking over at Tuli, "she's not weaned so it would be dangerous for her to have regular horse foods rigjt now,"

Isha:

"What's life going to be like now? I'm hungry."

(I hate snow XD, take mine,)

Felix,

He watched the both of them.

Isha:

'You loved my Mama, didn't you?" She asked.

Tuli:

'Yes I did."

(I WANT SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!)

(Its snowing here. I honestly hate it XD, it normally doesn't snow here till late November)

Felix,

He smiled sadly at Tuli, not really knowing hiw to answer her.

TulI:

'I got Tekka when she was just a foal, and she asked me to set her free. I promised I would when she turned 3 and a half. Old enough to be safe on ehr own. In half a month she would have been free."

Felix,

He walked over to Tuli and gently set a reassuring hand on her shoulder.

"Tuli, it's alright," he said softly, he glanced over at Isha, then looked back at Tuli, "she gave her life bringing another one into this world."

Isha:

"Don't be sad."

Tuli:

Tears started to roll down her face, "I promised Tekka that I would set ehr free. She died before I could." She sobbed

Felix l,

He shook his head, "No, but I do train Mist, well, Spottedwind.

And I'm thinking about getting her," he responded.

Tuli:

"Me too. Do you have a mount?" She asked

Felix,

He nodded slightly, "yeah," he replied.

TulI:

'So you're a meld?" SHe asked

Aila,

Aila nad Sage finished up Dusk patrol and landed pack at the stables,

Sage,

she quickly untacked Arashi and put her into her stall, "Bye Aila! See ya tomorrow!" she called out as she left

Ailia,

"Bye!" she replied, dismounting Tezlik and worked on untacking him.
