His hand brushed one of her newer scars and she winced. "I-I h-heard M-Mathious t-talking to T-Trilla one day a-and..... H-he said, 'She's exactly like her mother was at that age.' a-and I-I w-was c-confused b-because T-Trilla was my m-mom. B-but n-now I know the t-truth. A-and th-that means i-if She was r-raised like me. I w-w-will t-turn out l-like h-her." she twitched slightly with barely suppressed sobs. "A-and th-that m-makes me n-not s-safe to b-be around."
She burried her face in the pillow. Wanting to scream about how unfair the world was. She said something but it was so muffled by the pillow it sounded like "Ess A wm." (Yes I am)
Leo,
He kept running his fingers through her hair.
Sasha:
She started to relax slightly, still tense but not as much as before.
Leo
"I highly doubt you'll turn out like her," he murmured.
Sasha:
"I don't want to turn out like her. I want to be a good mother and a member of the sky guard. And most importantly I want to be your wife."
Leo
He gently ran his fingers through her hair, "I'm here," he murmured.
Sasha:
"S-scared. I-I'm s-scared." she mumbled, her face still buried in the pillow
Leo
"Sasha, You're overthinking it," he murmured. "You won't turn out like her, I know it,"
Sasha:
"B-but..... wh-what about the k-kids? I-I'm n-not safe to b-be around. Y-you know it."
Leo
"You won't turn out like her," he murmured, "and I don't care if you hold a knife to my throat, too keep me away, I'll stay with you, forever,"
Sasha:
His hand brushed one of her newer scars and she winced. "I-I h-heard M-Mathious t-talking to T-Trilla one day a-and..... H-he said, 'She's exactly like her mother was at that age.' a-and I-I w-was c-confused b-because T-Trilla was my m-mom. B-but n-now I know the t-truth. Leo
He kept gently tracing her scars.
Sasha:
She shrugged. "I-I..... " she trailed off, barely keeping in sobs
Leo
He gently traced the scars on her back, "I don't understand about what?"
Sasha:
She shook her head. "You don't understand."
Leo
"Not go me,"
Sasha:
She burried her face in the pillow. Wanting to scream about how unfair the world was. She said something but it was so muffled by the pillow it sounded like "Ess A wm." (Yes I am)
Leo
"You're not broken to me,' he murmured.
Sasha:
She let out a soft despairing cry. "Why do I have to be so broken!?!"
Leo
"I guess we'll have to figure that out. " hd murmured.
Sasha:
She nodded, looking up at him. "What about the kids?"
