"We have to try," he said diving under again.

Athena,

She took a deep breath and dove under letting the current carry her,

Sasha:

The current carried her toward the rocks and she slammed into one, her head breaking the surface for a moment

Ezra:

he caught up with Athena.

Athena,

She cursed under her breath,

(I Gtg for a bit)

Sasha:

A current grabbed her and dragged her away from Athena.

Ezra:

The currents made it harder for him to swim put he kept swimming.

Athena,

She took a deep breath as she was drug under again, but she still swam,

Starting to tire,

Leo,

He swam towards them.

Sasha:

She was unconcious, her head still under the water

Ezra:

he tried to swim to Athena to help her

Leo

He tried to swim faster, but the current was making it harder.

Athena,

She reached Sasha and hooked an arm around her, and swam towards shore.

Sasha:

Her grip on the rock was slipping, darkness closing in around her.

Ezra:

He dove into the lake

Leo,

He heard Ezra and ran out of his tent, and down to the lake,

"Oh no," he murmured, diving in.

Athena,

She raised up to the surface every time the current dragged her under, and swam faster.

Ezra:

"Leo!" he shouted.

Sasha:

She grabbed on to one of the rocks, fighting to reach teh surface before she lost conciousness, she surfaced long enough to take a breath before she was dragged under again

Athena,

She hurried down to the lake and dived in.

Ezra:

He stood up quickly. "lets go."

Sasha:

She was panicking. "Leo!" She mentally screamed

Athena,

She had heard Sasha head into the lake and dive in.

Her eyes widened when she realized the currents,

"We need to check on Leo or Sasha," she said quickly,

"I heard one of then go towards the lake, but- after this storm- the currents must be strong!"

Sasha:

She tried to surface but the currents kept dragging her under.

Athena,

She shrugged.

Ezra:

"I'm so sorry you had to live through that, Athena."

Sasha:

The river grew more rocky and the currents faster (she didn't know that those were danger signs of course) She kept looking for shells, suddenly her feet were yanked out from underneath her by the currents and she was pulled under

Athena,

She leaned into the hug.

Ezra:

He hugged Athena again.

Sasha:

SHe swam downriver, wanting to see if there were shells there.

Athena

She sighed softly, resting her head back against his chest.

Ezra:

"I'm sorry, Athena. I know how hard that must have been for you."

Sasha:

She grabbed a spare dress from Nasim's saddle bags and went down to the lake and dove into the water, fully clothed. She swam around and washed her hair.

Athena,

She sighed resting her head on the back of the tent

"The one thing I remember from my parents is their arguing, loud arguing, sometimes in the middle of the night, and t-thunder reminds m-me of it.

Leo.

"See ya, "

Sasha:

"See ya."

Leo,

"I will be," he murmured.

Ezra:

He looked at Athena, "I'm here if you want to talk about it."

Sasha:

"Be safe, love." She said, kissing his cheek

Leo,

"Alright,"

Athena,

She bit her lip, wondering to tell Ezra what made her so afraid of thunder, or not.

Sasha:

SHe stood up. "I'm going to the lake to get clean. You and the others stay here."

Athena,

She quickly looked away.

Ezra:

He looked at her worridly

She shrugged .

Ezra:

"You alright?"

Athena

She sighed in relief, "thank goodness," she murmured softly

Ezra:

He looked at Athena. "The storm's gone."

Athena,

She yawned slightly and woke up.

Ezra:

he ran out of stories to tell

Athena,

"I think I like you," she murmured in her sleep

Athena,

Sje smiled half asleep..

Ezra:

He kept reciting stories that he knew

Athena,

She blushed realizing her head was resting against Ezra's chest.

The storm had seemd to stop

About an hour later she started to stir, slowly waking up.

Ezra:

He kept telling stories

Athena,

She faintly heard another thunderclap during her sleep. and huddled closer to Ezra.

Sasha:

She sang quietly

Leo,

"Me too," he murmured.

Sasha:

"I h-hate the t-thunder."

Leo,

"No it won't," he murmured reassuring

Sasha:

"T-the t-thunder won't last long." She said quietly, trying to reassure herself

Athena,

She smiled softly in her sleep .

Ezra:

He kept telling stories quietly

Athena,

She dozed off, head resting against his chest.

Ezra:

He finished the story and started telling another one

Athena,

She slowly started to

He started telling Athena a story he had heard once

Athena,

She tried to take deep breaths.

Sasha:

She nodded.

Ezra:

"It's alright."

Athena,

She leaned into the hug, a few silent tears running down her cheeks.

Leo,

"Its alright," he murmured softly.

Ezra:

He hugged Athena

Sasha:

She hugged him back, sobbing softly

Leo,

He gently pulled Sasha into a hug against him

She took in a shaky breath.

Sasha:

She tried to erase her memories from her time in Dakur from her mind. She was shaking slightly.

Ezra:

He looked at Athena, worry clear in his eyes

Leo,

He gently brushed her tears away.

Athena,

She rocked slightly, "safe," she murmured again, trying not to re-live all her parents arguments,

Ezra:

"Yes, you are safe."

Sasha:

Tears rolled down her face, the thunder terrifying her

Leo,

He hugged her back.

Athena

"Safe," she murmured quietly . over and over .

Ezra:

"It's ok, You're safe," he murmured to Athena.

Sasha:

She hugged Leo

She shuddered at thr loud thunderclal andShe leaned into Ezra.

He flinched slightly, and gently set his hand on Sasha's .

Ezra:

He wrapped and arm around her protectivly.

Sasha:

The loud thunder made her jump and reach for her dagger

Leo,

"Love you too,' he murmured .

Athena,

She nodded quickly, sitting down back against the wall of the tent, and curled her knees up to her chest, the only few things she remembered about her parents was how they almost always argued.

Sasha:

"Love you."

Ezra:

"It's gonna be alright, the thunder won't last long, these jungle storms never last very long."

Athena,

"J-j-just h-hate t-t-thunder,"

Ezra:

He followed Athena and closed the tent door. "Are you ok?"

Athena,

She hurried in, not caring about being indoors.

Ezra:

"It's alright." He opened the door to the second tent.

Sasha:

"No clue," she said again

Leo,

"You sure?"

Athena,

She huddled even closer, she hated thunder- rain she was alright with, but thunder, she shuddered Slightly.

Sasha:

She smirked, "No clue."

Ezra:

he wrapped his cloak around Athena

Leo,

"Anything I can do to make it up to you?"

Athena,

A loud Thunderclap boomed across the sky,

Athena huddled closer to Ezra as they hurried to shelter.

Sasha:

"Don't worry, I'm only mildly offended."

Leo,

He raised an eyebrow, "oh yeah, I'm thinking of the time before,"

Sasha:

"No, you were already my boyfriend then."

Leo,

Hw looked at her, "hey, that was before I knew you were in love with me," he smirked.

Athena,

She nodded quickly, hoping it wasn't a thunderstorm.

Sasha:

She was slightly offended

Leo,

"Yup,"

Ezra:

He saw the storm. "Let's go to the shelter."

Athena,

She glanced up and saw a storm rolling in.

Sasha:

"Was she telling the truth?'

Leo,

He laughed slightly.

Sasha:

She laughed softly. "She told me that the time I went to the 4th clan you didn't know that she was me until Titus tried to attack her

Leo,

"Probably," he smirked.

Sasha:

"Could it be that I'm in love with you and Tuli is very clearly not?" she asked with a smirk

Leo,

He shook his head. "I've been around you long enough to tell a difference between you and Tuli's personality."

Sasha:

"What? She doesn't act like me?"

Leo,

"Well, I was suspicious. Especially with how she was acting, then when she slipped up for a quick second and talked to Kokomo, I knew she was Tuli.

Sasha:

"Really? You seem to believe that Tuli was me when she dressed up like me."
