Zegor:
The previous night, he informed the King of everything that was discussed during the meeting. The King nodded and told him to keep informing him after every meeting. Zegor opened his mouth and called upon his flame and let it flicker out of his mouth. It wasn't a large flame ,but it was long and bright. That was the signature salute for the Firebreaths. (Like how you salute to your country's flag.) It's a show of respect and understanding and even newborns are taught how and why to do it. After he extinguished the fire, he padded off and fell quickly asleep.
~~
The next morning, he awoke an hour after dawn. He rose to his feet and stretched his wings. He had some breakfast of meat from the night before, then opening his large wings, taking off toward the meeting site.
( lol. What grade are you in Scippy? )
(Yeah, english language arts and mathematics. Grrrr, at least we get one period(about 40 minutes)to finish it and then the rest of the day if we didn't finish.

(Oh my)
Amberina:
She shot a glare at Zegor when he smirked at her and rolled her eyes. She turned to Stormbrooke and laughed. Then she nearly fell over when Featherlily tackle/hugged her. Amberina thought it was more of a tackle.
"Hello to you too, Featherliyl!" She giggled as she regained her footing. She had a strange sort of balance being as small as she was and with different bone structure.
Then she whispered to Stormbrooke ,"Look's like we found your sister. I'd be able to track her down from miles away!" Amberina got a good look at Featherlily. It had been so dark when they met that she couldn't fully see her. Now that she could see her shiny feathers and glossy coat, she realized she was jealous of Featherlily's beauty. Not in the bad kind of way, of course, but in the way she felt insecure around her. She admired her feathers ecspecially.
"Whoa! Your feathers are so pretty!" Amberina exclaimed.

Strombrooke sighed and went over to Amberina. "Yep...That's ma sister for ya." He said, chuckling at the look on Zegor's face and he received the praise with little grumpiness. "Hey! Featherlily!" Stormbrooke called. This time, Featherlily stopped to look at her older brother, but he didn't even have to speak before Featherlily gasped and flew over to Amberina, enveloping her in a hug. "HELLO AGAIN!!!!" She nickered, stepping back.
Zegor huffed, obviously wanting more compliments.
From what? There's nothing around here." Strombrooke said.
Zegor watched as this pegasus stood with his head in a bush. "Oooookaaayyy....I'm going to go find this "Featherlily' so this nightmare can end."
Zegor heard a small noise ,that sounded like a gasp, come from behind him. He turned around just as a little figure came rushing out of the same bush Stormbrooke has his head in. "WOOOWWWW!!!!" The little pegasus said, her mouth flopping open. "You're a Firebreath!! OOHHOHOHOHOHO!!!!!!!" she squealed, prancing in place.
Strombrooke had removed his head from the bush and came over to Featherlily's side. "Zegor, this is my sister." Stormbrooke nodded at Featherlily, who didn't seem to hear her brother. She had trotted over to Zegor's side. "I've never seen a Firebreath before!"
She suddenly grabbed Zegor's wing and stretched it out. "WOW!! Look at that wingspan! It's huge." Zegor paused confused, but allowed the little pegasus to continue.
Featherlily zipped over to his tail. She picked up his blood red tail in her wings and grunted under its weight. "You're tail is so powerful! Look at those black spikes at the ends! Stormbrook! Do ya see them? Huh!!?! Do ya see them?!" But, before Strombrooke answered, she was already flying over Zegor's head, who was smiling, obviously pleased by the affection he was getting. "Those horns are amazing! So sharp!" She buzzed over to his teeth. "Look at those chompers! I defiantly do not want to be on the wrong end of those bad boys!"
Zegor, who had now relaxed and was drinking in her compliments, grinned. "Why, thank you! I know, my horns are very sharp. And my teeth are very deadly."
He said, sending a smirk towards Amberina.
Featherlily giggled, then she saw his talons and started fan-girling all over again.
Zegor:
"What?" He snapped. "You snuck out?" he asked, flaring his wings. "Huh...." he scoffed, being grumpy once more, but on the inside he thought, "Pretty brave of her..."
Strombrooke pinned his ears, but not at the dragons. "She never told me she met a dragon before...we tell each other everything...Why didn't she tell me?" he asked himself, staring at his hooves.
Zegor nudged the stallion on the flank. "Well, you can ask her that when we find her. Any idea were she went?" Stormbrooke was about to respond, but he got interupted by a shrill whispering voice. "Psst!! Hey!!! PSSST!!! Stormbrooke!" His flicked his ears and whirled around to face a large bush. He stared at it for several seconds then shook his head. "I'm losing my mind...Anyway, no I-" "PSSSSSTTTT!!!!! You!! Stormbrooke!!!" The voice whispered again, this time louder.
Strombrooke turned again, now confused and slightly annoyed. He went over to the bush and cautiously smelled it. "Was I the only one who heard that?" he asked Zegor, who shrugged. "Pssssttttt!!!!!" The whispering voice came again.
Stormbrooke lowered his head to the bush and pushed past a few branches to be face to face with Featherlily! "Oh! Feath-" Stormbrooke began but was cut off by Featherlily who slapped her wing over his mouth. "Shhhhhh!!!!!!! I'm hiding." She whispered, her eyes twinkling.
Amberina:
Her eyes grew wider than small saucers. "Did you say her name was 'Featherlily'?"Amberina asked. "I think I might know her! I snuck out one night to go to the pegasus territory and found one awake with that same description! I don't know where she could be, but I do know who she is," she said triumphantly. That emotion soon faded when she realized she'd told her secret about sneaking off. Blush rose to her cheecks. Oops, she thought.
Stormbrooke nickered. "Hello, Amberina. I'm Stormbrooke." he said, nodding a greeting to her, then snorting at greeting at Zegor who just huffed and rolled his eyes, like he was saying hello to Stormbrooke in his own grumpy way.
Stormbrooke looked back at Amberina. "Well, my sister went missing this morning. She's about this tall." He said, using his wing to show that she was past his shoulder but smaller than his withers. "She's got dark teal blue wings and like a white body with brown dots all over her." He said, trying to narrow it down. "She kind of annoying. She's arrogant and fierce, but smart, and she admires the dragons a lot. Whenever someone is telling a story about the dragons, she'll literally drop what she's doing and start to listen. I don't know why she's so curious, but many things my sister does doesn't make sense." he explained, starting to sniff the air for her scent. "Oh, and her name's Featherlily." he said, dipping his head to sniff the ground.
Amberina: She tried to peer over Zegor at the pegasus, but he was much bigger than her and she could only see his red scales. She huffed and sat down on the ground, grumpy and stubborn. She rolled her eyes when Zegor defended her and when Stormbrooke defended his 'she'. When Stormbrooke nodded and Zegor moved out of the way, she jumped up to introduce herself. "Hi! My name is Amberina," she left out the part about her being royalty. "This is Zegor, the big grumpy kind of one," she whispered, "pay no mind to his grumpiness sometimes. Anyways," she said louder, "who are you looking for?" She asked.
Stormbrook chuckled. "I guess so...Anyway, what's your name?"
Zero growled and pushed in between Stormbrook and Amberina. He puffed out his chest and blocked Amberina from Stormbrook's view. "That is none of your business." He said, gruffly. "Now, unless you want to become a burnt pile of pegasus feathers; I suggest you get out of here."
Stormbrook flared his wings. "I'm looking for someone and I'm not leaving these woods until I find her." He fired back.
Zegor huffed a puff of smoke from his nostrils. "Who is this 'she'?" Zegor asked.
Strombrook swished his tail and raised one eyebrow. "That is not of your business." He mocked, which just made Zegor angrier.
"If we help you find her, will you leave?" Zegor asked through gritted teeth.
With hesitation, Strombrooke nodded.
Amberina:
She stumbled through her mind for the explanation and messed with her wings uncomfortably. "Uhh. . . . I. . . ." she racked her brain for an explanation, and came upon somewhat of an explanation. "It... Would've been a heck of a mess to clean up...?" She offered, not even convincing herself. "Is it okay if I don't really know?"
Stormbrook cocked his head to the side and frowned. "Umm...Because you jumped in front of literal fire to save me and we were complete strangers. Heck, you didn't even know my name! So, yes! You have to answer." he said, flicking his ears in every direction, as if he is trying to hear something in particular.
Amberina:
She started at Stormbrook for a long time. "Uhh...." She tried to figure out why. "It was... the right, thing to do?" She giggled nervously when they kept staring at her. She gulped. "I.... Wait, why do I have to answer again?" She asked no one in particular the question, and tried to figure out herself.
Zegor gawked at her. "It felt good?!! Huh...That's new ..." he mumbled. He glanced at her, saw her curiousness and cleared his throat. "Well, first, because your mother would kill me and second, you're my friend. I wouldn't kill you just so I could kill a pegasus. Besides, we may need all the help we can get in the war with the pegasi- we need every dragon alive to help." After that was answered, he spun around the face the pegasus, who was staring wide-eyed at Amberina. "Who's herd do you belong to? Where did you come from?" Zegor snapped, about to tackle the pegasus if he tried to run away.
The stallion turned his head to look at Zegor, but completely ignored him. "Why would I tell my enemy where my herd was located? So you and you're fire-breathing dragons acan burn every living thing alive and set my territory on fire? I don't think so." The pegasus flared back. He turned his attention to the little golden dragon and took a step toward her. "Hello. I'm Stormbrook. I am also ...very confused. I'm you're enemy as your big, red friend here," Stormbrooke nodded at Zegor, "Has previously clarified. So, why risk your life for someone you've never met?" he asked, cautiously glaring at Zegor.
