He snorted. "Dare talk to me that way!" he snorted.
"This sin't over. Once I murder those foals i'll come back." he whistled for his battallion who were well within the trap.
Iden:
"She's right. We need to leave. I can ask the tigers, they go as far north as the Ice lands. Bakari better lead us out of the Trap sinse there are more trees. We just need to get past the ice lands. I think we should fly, so we leave less tracks. I can shift to carry anyone if you get tired. Tulli, can you send a breeze so that we are completely downwind." She said taking charge.
"Sure Ide- IDEN!!" she said shocked.
"What whats wrong!" She said, feeling her scar with her feathertips.
"Its white. There's no brown or black center. Its like its frozen from when you were in well...... ultimate power mode. It must've been from when you got" She said, lacking a better name.
"Thats odd I can still see." She said cantering to a stream. She was shocked. Tulli was right. Her beautiful brown eye was gone. Now only her icy blue eye remained. She pinned her ears embarrassed. "Does it look bad?" She said looking down.
"It looks fine." Tulli said wrapping her wing around Iden. She sent a breeze deep into the trap and smiled. Shyly. She wasn't good with others. She was shy and most pegasi didn't get her, but Iden seemed to.
For the love of the Ancestors, why were the two over-stallion fighting like this? His thoughts had been swarming as he had commanded Garnetfire to fly with the Willow Herd battalion back into the Trap. He listened to Snakesong, even though heâd been completely silent while the two over-stallions fought.
He sighed, regaining his composure. âAs much as Iâve enjoyed this little fray fellow stallions, I believe it is time for me to go and deal with someone. As my best spy has just said, it is pointless for you to fight each other. Although, you can gladly continue,â Thudnerfire said, that last bit between his teeth. He had planned for the stallions to continue fighting as a distraction while Thunderfire tried once again to find Marlcloud and learn their plans and schemes.
The mare had began to dive into the Trap with the rest of the Willow Herd. A fight had broken out between some idiotic stallions acting like foal. In Anok's name... Willow Herd could not afford to lose a captain like Thunderfire eor Garnetfire. Nor could they lose any of their warriors or battle mares. Fighting right now was useless. Snakesong found herself once again stuck in a situation; either fly on and battle with her fellow Willow Herd comeraids, or swoop over to the arguing stallions and attempt to put reason into their thick skulls.
Snakesong reluctantly bared off from the rest of the battalion. she flew quickly above all the fighting and stretched out her wings so her presents could be noticed quicker. "CEASE!"
Snakesong's voice echoed for all of them to hear. Every fighting steed looked up at her for a moment. The mare hoped this would be enough time. She tucked in her wings and fell between Oceanfire/wing, Thunderfire, and Duskwing. She expanded her wings just in time to hoverthere. "This is pointless! We can not afford to damage any more steeds like this, Thunderfire." She turned herself to her captain. "We especially can not afford to lose valuable warriors such as yourself." Snakesong then turned to Duskwing and Oceanfire. "This is childish! We all want the same thing; to destroy those worthless star foals!" Snakesong motioned her wing to the Trap. "We are never going to see their filthy blood ooze from their skulls in victory if we waste time fighting ourselves. We shouldn't care if they are just going to drop dead in battle." Snakesong was now facing Thunderfire's stone cold stare. "If we have more warriors on our side in the battle, it's more and more likely for us to lose less of our own herd." The appaloosa mares voice dropped into a whisper so only Thunderfire could hear. "And after we have killed every last one of those forsaken star foal, well just take over anyone we'd like. Their weak armies would be destroyed and killing would be easier than ever.
He startled as Vida woke and soothed her. âVida, itâs okay! Well-.... Not everything is swell, but youâre okay, alright?â He whispered, nuzzling her. âMarlcloud is out investigating some strange noises near the edge of the Trap,â Seaglade explained, telling Vida why the lead-mare wasnât currently present.
âShh..... Kifo, Iâll handle all of that. Continue burying your mother. The rest of you, continue the preparations for your long journey,â Marlcloud said in a hushed voice, but loud enough for them all to hear. âNow, Iâm going to go see what all these loud noises are about.....â She grumbled, relatively annoyed that there was more stuff to deal with.
As she neared the edge of the forest, she noticed not two, but 6 battalions and counting all in one place, two over-stallion fighting, and Thunderstoneâs battalion pursuing into the Trap. She nearly squealed in surprise, but managed to suppress it long enough to gallop silently back to Shadow Herd.
Kifo:"I can not leave till I bury my mother! Marlcloud! Vida is in hibernation and I cant wake her. Stormfrost just had foals and can leave with them!" He said franticly
After handing the tree moss to Bumbleberry, realization dawned on her. âRight! You are leaving, right now, as Bumbleberry just pointed out, I hear something strange in the distance. Bakari, I trust you and Iden to following the animalsâ and treesâ guidance, they should know the way to the ocean far north, past the coldest of the winter and to beautiful sunshine. Never stop, and only if you absolutely have to, than I permit you to use your Gift,â she announced. Then she looked down at Bumbleberry, worry creasing her face.
âBumbleberry, perhaps you should stay here with me until you are old enough to make the journey yourself...â She murmured, thinking to herself.
He watched as Marlcloud adopted Bumbleberry as her own and he smiled, happy for the little colt.
If only Anblick had been shown such kindness when he was Bumbleberry's age...but instead, his mother died in front of him, leaving him in the middle of no where with no Trap in sight. Leaving him with no hope and no light. Leaving him with no voice and no courage, forcing him to figure the world out by himself, with no one to guide nor comfort him.
Anblick's heart ached as he remembered the day his dam took her final breath and abandoned Anblick- for he had to stay in the mortal world and live among hell, while she could live forever in peace.
Before to many pegasi noticed his depressed stare, he tried to puff out his chest and put on a brave face, although it didn't seem to make him feel better.
To clear his mind, his raised his voice, interrupting Marlcloud's and Bumbleberry's discussion, "When will we be leaving? Soon, I hope." He said, wanting to leave this place as soon as possible.
Bumbleberry: "Marlcloud! What is the noise?!" He shouted scared
Iden:
She smiled, glad her friend was healing on her own.
Vida:
"I can sorta see right now! It is kinda hazy and it comes and it goes. But I can see!"
Iden:
"Yes Vida. I can see." she said trotting up and nuzzling her friend.
Vida:
She could see a little bit. "Iden can you see out of that eye?" She asked worried for her friend
Duskwing:
He snorted. "Dare talk to me that way!" he snorted.
"This sin't over. Once I murder those foals i'll come back." he whistled for his battallion who were well within the trap.

Oceanfire:
He stopped fighting knowing he needed strength to murder those foals!
Thunderfire:
For the love of the Ancestors, why were the two over-stallion fighting like this? His thoughts had been swarming as he had commanded Garnetfire to fly with the Willow Herd battalion back into the Trap. He listened to Snakesong, even though heâd been completely silent while the two over-stallions fought.

Clearly, though, Snakesong was having none of it.
Snakesong:
The mare had began to dive into the Trap with the rest of the Willow Herd. A fight had broken out between some idiotic stallions acting like foal. In Anok's name... Vida:
"I I can see you a little bit!" She whinnied in joy. "Seaglade!"
Seaglade:
He startled as Vida woke and soothed her. âVida, itâs okay! Well-.... Not everything is swell, but youâre okay, alright?â He whispered, nuzzling her. âMarlcloud is out investigating some strange noises near the edge of the Trap,â Seaglade explained, telling Vida why the lead-mare wasnât currently present.
Oceanfire:
He saw something up ignored it and kept fighting. His hooves slicing into Duskwing's coat.
Vida:
She saw her mother and said, 'goodbye' then she woke up. "MARLCLOUD!" She shouted in fear. The vibrations were crazy someone was fighting
Marlcloud:

(Night!)
(ugh i gtg night!)
Kifo: "I can not leave till I bury my mother! Marlcloud! Vida is in hibernation and I cant wake her. Stormfrost just had foals and can leave with them!" He said franticly
Oceanfire:
He was furious. "DO NOT MOCK ME AGAIN!" He screamed.
Bumbleberry:
"Marlcloud! What is wrong Something is fighting and loud! Mama I am scared! BROTHER!" He shouted for Anblick
Marlcloud:
After handing the tree moss to Bumbleberry, realization dawned on her. âRight! You are leaving, right now, as Bumbleberry just pointed out, I hear something strange in the distance.
