So, this is gonna be a kinda reboot of my/Rainfeather's old RP that died: Stars RP. Well, I really liked the storyline and stuff from it, and I want to give it another try. Who knows? This one might last a little longer.
Story-
After Star defeated Nightwing there were no more pegasi born of the hundred year star. However, the descendants of these powerful stallions were given the ability to wield starfire, but as generations came and went, the power became fainter and fainter, until it was no more. The steeds in Anok assumed that the days of supernatural pegasi was behind them, and they no longer lived in fear of a destroyer wiping the population out.
Things were peaceful for a time...
Until one day, roughly 100 years after the last starfire wielding steed died, a ring of abnormally colored stars appeared encircling the moon. This worried the pegasi of Anok, and it didn't help the situation when a number of mares suddenly became unexplainably pregnant. The whole content held their collective breaths for almost a year, and then slowly, one by one, the foals were born.
At first, these foals seemed normal, but then it was noticed that each exhibited odd and unusual colors and patterns on their coat. Fearing what that these foals might mean the undoing of Anok, the three herds at the time: Ash Herd, Sky Herd, and Willow Herd, chose to banish all the strange foals and their mothers into the Trap. Sadly, most of the foals dams died shortly after giving birth, and not having sires, so the group of banished steeds almost entirely consisted of newborn foals.
The leaders of the three herds hoped that this would be the end of it, but despite the odds being against them, the group of banished steeds turned out the be very resourceful. Now, almost two years after the stars first appeared in the sky, the foals are almost to their first birthday, but will they be able to deal with the challenges that come with this mile stone?
Notes-
Okay, so, as you may have guessed, the foals of Shadow Herd (the group of banished foals), will be receiving powers and stuff on their first birthdays. But I figured that it might be cool to start this RP before this happens, so just keep that in mind when you are creating your characters.
Also, another thing that wasn't in the story, was the foals who were banished, don't get traditional herd names (you know, like Bumblewind, or Morningleaf), instead they get humanish names. And to add an extra spin on things, try to use names that have something to do with the powers they'll receive (i.e. I had an OC from Stars RP who's name was Lilith, a name that means night monster and storm goddess, and she had dark lightning powers).
Last thing is, the foals aren't going to have starfire as their power, think more along the lines of Marvel or DC superheros for powers. Like superspeed, laser vison, and sticking to walls are totally okay (though I'm not sure how useful the last one would be in Anok)
Rules-
Everyone can only have 2 OCs with powers (number may be adjusted later)
Don't be to over powered (don't pick stuff like universe powers or something)
All OCs with powers must have at least one flaw/weakness
Try to work in at least one unnatural color (i.e. pink manes, or purple pintos) or coat pattern into OCs with powers (i.e. zebra stripes, or giraffe spots)

That’s true, but I’m not sure. I mean if she looses her powers, maybe she can get them back somehow idk. But its kinda hard to tell because we don’t have much info on how the Starfire works or what happens if they lose their power. I might not even do it I was just suggesting, but also, if anyone looses their powers I feel it should be Thea. (I’m not saying that Thea’s the only one, I’m saying that out of my characters, she would be the one that makes the most sense)

Right now, the Star foals main conflict is with Stormwing and his separated herd(they need a name) and saving Caita.
After they eventually defeat Stormwing, I think that they should fulfill their original purpose which is bringing peace and unity to Anok. After that happens, as Nightmist said, then anything can happen.
Rb I dont think that it is to much but I think it would make her and Bakari very very sad. Will she still be imortal?
Ok I would just like to ask.... what are the foals up against?
Cause I mean it all really depends on there enemy for RB’s idea. I say that right now Stormwing is there main problem yes, but I also say that he wins over a few Star foals causing them to be the main enemy for Shadow Herd. Which would result in a battle sorta like the one Star and the destroyer(Can’t remember his name to save my life!! XD) but with like 20x the foals!! XD
Ok so i know a few of you guys are talking about making your foals go bad, and I have a few ideas for how to go bad.
So, let’s say they start doubting themselves like all of them do and then they go off on their own to think and there is Stormwing or somehow they meet up with him. Being the jerk he is he will kinda mess with them and manipulate them, kinda like Rockwing. He can try and sorta say that together we will have the power to save all your friends or something kinda make them think like they are choosing the right thing, like Darth Vadar in Star Wars. That or another evil character like Rivercloud or something.
I feel like it would be too hard for them to go bad on their own sinse they all know it’s wrong they have to kinda be manipulated or convinced ya know?
P.S. I like that we can think of them as bad guys not just the good guys
I feel like it wouldn't make sense for Estrel to get mad about Caita not getting safe quickly I think that one would be Windborn. I think his dad dying or something like that happening could mak sense for him. Yes Darkstar is the name of Ocean herd's overstallion

I have one more idea to throw out just cause the star foals may need more allies, and some of my characters story lines may never fully be intact without this idea!! XD
So Ocean Herd. that's basically it... I say they finally get to Shadow herd and Darkstar (That's his name right?) Can speak to Marlcloud, I feel like that if this does happen it needs to happen soon, but after everything with Caita is settled. I feel like they would be a good ally to Shadow Herd just because they could have at least a few more numbers that way, it also means that there would be more steeds to help train the foals since I think we all decided on that happening personally!! XD I keep almost going to personal reason because this would play a HUGE role with Caita and Hugur, and could be a sort of thing that could break one of them, but fix the other... let me explain this really quick now!! XD
Hugur's family is within that herd, his mother survived his birth but barely. (I'll add more to that when I make his backstory on the page that Wind made.) So ultimately if he sees his family again, then he may not feel as alone as he does at the moment even with a herd surrounding him, so it could stop him from breaking and turning against all his friends.
But it's a whole different story for Caita (This is why I said AFTER she gets back, if she does that is!! XD) So to put this simple, Tideflight's biological mother joined up with the herd and is trying to find him, but she hates Star foals. So when and if they get there then the mare could be the possible snapping point that could sen Caita over the edge and hate the steeds of Anok so much that she wants to destroy it.
I have ONE more thing to put out!! so in TGH there was different powers based on if they were good or bad, I feel like that should be shown here, but because there is so many of them if they go evil then their powers have to go along the same line as the one they have now. Not like they can control water if they are good but if they are ecil then they can control fire. Those would be to far apart, but like let's say that they can control water then when they are good then that is the only thing that they can control, but of they go evil then they figure out how to control more things like blood or dangerous juices from berries. Just as idea! Doesn't have to happen but I feel it would relate better to TGH that way!! XD (And now my fingers hurt slightly.. so yeah!! XD)

Noice! I feel like only a few of the Star foals go bad(if we even decide to do that) But only those that makes sense. Like Anblick-he wouldn't make sense to become a Destroyer or turn against the Star foals. He's too loyal and innocent and optimistic. He would never hurt anyone, much less betray his herd, because he's too submissive. I couldn't see him helping Stormwing.
Jigun on the other hand would make sense. He's a loner and has trust issues. He can have a temper(depending on the situation) He's very ambitious and he's not afraid to use his powers. He knows how to fight and he loves the adrenaline of battle. For those reasons, I could see Jigun ditching the herd and helping Stormwing, if he had the right reason too.
But this is all brainstorming ideas, so none of it is wrong. But, i also feel that it wouldn't be realistic nor plausible to have a lot of the foals turn evil. If we are going to do this idea, I say no more than 3 or 4 foals. Any more than that and it could seem predictable.
Anyone got any other ideas? This is super exciting!!!!
I also feel like Caita could end up breaking, but I feel like she would be more of an in between dark side and good side, so more like a Yin and yang in one. So like if you got her mad enough she can go to a dark side of her, almost like insane but if you don't do anything to get her like that then you stay on her good side and you won't have to worry about getting in trouble with her.
I also see Caita as a much smarter foal, I feel like she tampers with her powers more than the rest, and sorta knows how to use it better, or in a smarter way. She uses it against her enemies as a sort of surprise type of thing, but also if she sees a sad memory then she can use that to her advantage and get them like sad or mad, even distracted by the thought of that memory. That's how I see Caita using her powers since they can't really do much for her, but then one problem comes up...
Caita can't exactly use her powers in the middle of a battle, since she freezes up when she does. So she would need the protection of someone so she can use this advantage in the middle of a fight, so she would always need a campion otherwise she most likely will die from basically giving herself up since she is frozen. (Just a few of my thoughts on my own characters!! Hehe!! XD)
I think I want Hugur to go bad. Rose is more of like a mystery character to all of the foals but she isn't really a bad guy either she just prefers to be alone. But Hugur doesn't know much about his family and he keeps on feeling lonely.
Also I would like to throw out that there still is Ocean Herd that we can use if there is a need for back up.

Starbrook dies. Thea doesn’t heal him(can’t reach him in time or is too drained) Estrel blames the Star foals for his death and turns bad.
Estrel had some life changing crisis (almost drowns, bear attack, falls out of the sky etc) and it forced him to believe that Marlcloud isn’t doing a good enough job protecting the herd. He leaves and joins Stormwing.
The Star foals don’t immediately rescue Caita which makes him doubt the Star foals potential and loyalty to each other. He leaves and turns against them.
I have a couple for each Star foal (yeah I have a lot of time on my hands in quarantine and I have really thoughts things through because I’m bored) so if anyone wants to hear those lemme know

Yeah Thea and Jigun are almost 2 as well. Like Estrel, Anblick’s a little younger. If that’s what you want, it’s fine with me. It would have to be a really good reason for any Star foal to turn bad. If you want some suggestions for how he might turn bad, I have some. just lemme know if h wanna hear it.
Vida, Kifo, Windborn are almost 2 and Estrel is almost 3 months younger. I kinda think that Estrel might turn bad.....

I agree. I think the villains are all about keeping the Star foals from reaching their goals, which is bringing peace in Anok. They will stop at nothing to either kill all the Star foals(that's super depressing to think about) or to make pacts with the Star foals and use them to conquer Anok. (that's what I'm thinking) Obviously, The Star foals won't do anything that hurts Anok, so the Star foals will win in the end.
(( but I'm almost curious to see what would happen if something happened to a Star foal that caused him or her to break-meaning they could become a Destroyer.
As we learned in TGH books, the black foals choose who they want to be-A Destroyer or a Healer. Both Star and Nightwing chose to either heal or conquer Anok. We could see that anger and pain fueled the destroyers powers while mercy and kindness fueled the healers powers, so I'm kinda curious to see how something like that would work on a Star foal ))
I was just thinking out loud with that one ^^ we don't have to do it.
Hrere's the Timeline of events that I'm considering(this is all my opinion and suggestions are totally welcomed)
1st- Caita gets introduced to Stormwing and he can do whatever Starleaf has planned. (Make packs, use her for Shadow herds bidding, etc)
2nd- Marlcloud and her rescue group(if she's taking a group) saves Caita from Stormwing.
3rd- Shadow herd decide to stop running and hiding from the world. They want to face Stormwing. They want to face the other herds and bring peace to Anok.
4th- They have a battle of some sort with either Stormwing or Sky herd or anything along those lines.
5th- The Star foals have major struggles along the way, but they will eventually work together and bring peace to Anok.
6th- Once Anok is at peace, the Star foals are free to do whatever they please!
Those are my thoughts! I also think that the whole 'rebellion' type idea where the Star foals fight back against Stormwing should be postponed until they turn 2. All of the Star foals have already turned 1 and are going on age 2 anyway. Plus, I think it'll add to the characters storyline more if we wait until they mature a little more.
And the rebel pegasi sound like the perfect way to push this story in the ’write’ direction!!!! (XDDD I luv writing puns )
Because I imagine it like this:
Villains Goals: Kill star foals, conquer Anok
Star Foal’s Goals: Survive and prove their worth, unite Anok
Maybe......?

I really like that idea Nightmist! Something needs to happen in the RP and not just temporary wolf attacks for capturing foals. We need to start the climax. I say we bring in and introduce the rebel pegasi from the herds who support the Star foals. They will aid in the battle against the villains.
Will they become normal pegasi after they finish their purpous? I feel like they need to grow up. Not just in age but in the way they act. I think for Kifo this will be his turning point where he can let go of the past and embrace the future with Jeray and the herd. But in a strange way I don't see Vida or Estrel having a future......

I like his name!! I would say if he's fully grown he could be between 5 and up. Also, Jennifer Lynn Alvarez(the author) said that the pegasi of Anok live almost as long as humans, so there really isn't a difference between human age and pegasi age. So...maybe 5-10?
