Me: "Yeah... they would prob get soggy in the bain marie.... creme brulees use those, right? I haven't looked at a recipe for one in a while"

Me: "I've wanted to try making creme brulee, but I'd have to find a dairy free recipe for it. I also don't have ramekins..." *wonders if cupcake wrappers would work... probably not*

Me: Yesssss, chocolate crème brûlée is almost as good as regular crème brûlée. Everyone thinks it's so hard to make but it's not. You should try it sometime!!

Also me: *mumbles* Yo tengo mucha tarea. I gotta get it all done in the next 3 hours...
