Brightwing (Wispiflower) had been sneaking away form his herd, Valley Herd for moons, to meet up with a young mare named Starsummer (Riverbreeze) who lived with her brother Darkstone (also Riverbreeze). Finally he decided to ask Starsummer to become his mate, she agreed and a few months later a pregnant Starsummer and Darkstone arrived in Valley Herd.

The pair were just in time to witness Glacier Herd attack their new herd. Despite being pregnant, and not having time to train with her herd, Starsummer took part in the battle along side the other battle mares.

Valley Herd made a good stand, but in the end, Glacier Herd won, the decisive fight being between Starsummer and Glacier Herd's lead mare Mistcloud (Dragon), in which Mistcloud broke one of Starsummer's wings. Glacier Herd quickly move Valley Herd to their own territory then tended to their wounds.

About a month later Mistcloud met with Brightwing, Starsummer, and Glacier Herd's over-stallion, Moonwing (jgracew421), to explain why Glacier Herd had captured Valley Herd. But before the meeting could really get anywhere, Starsummer's foals decided it was time to be born.

Dappleroot (Dragon) formally Maplesong, Valley Herd's medicine mare rush to Starsummer, and helped deliver her three foals- one colt and two fillies. Brightwing and Starsummer were over joyed with their foals and quickly named the colt Emberblaze, the larger of the fillies Goldstream, and the littlest filly Magicpetal.

After the foals birth, the new parents left the foals in the wings of Darkstone, and Dappleroot's young assistant Whiteshadow (Dragon), and met up with Mistcloud and Moonwing to continue their meeting. Mistcloud reeved that she and her mate were plaining on trying to unite Anok by capturing the other herds one by one. The two managed to convinced Starsummer and Brightwing to join their cause, and aide them with capturing the other herds.

A few days later one of the Valley Herd mare named Forestbeam (Nightmist) was grazing and bit into a blue root. She instantly started to freeze over! Luckily there two Glacier Herd mares, Honeyfall (Dragon) and Dovemoon (jgracew421) nearby and were able to get help eminently. Forestbeam thawed out and nothing appeared to be wrong with her.

After the 'blue root incident' the over-stallions and lead mares split up to find out more information about the root so they could hopefully find a fix for the problem, and left Darkstone and Whiteshadow at the medicine mare den.

Darkstone some how managed to work up the courage to ask Whiteshadow out on a 'date'. Wile they were out, Mistcloud went into labor and gave birth to twin colts she and Moonwing named Silverflame and Shadowstar.

A few weeks later Glacier Herd and Valley Herd's combined army attacked Dawn Herd. The battle was over in a matter of minuets. But a former Valley Herd captain named Blazefire (Dragon) went rogue, and killed the Dawn Herd lead mare named Breezecloud.

On return to Glacier Herd's territory it was discovered that a Dawn Herd mare named Embermoon was the long lost sister of Brightwing. Shortly after that Embermoon decided that she didn't want to live in Glacier Herd, regardless of where her family was. She took off, and flew towards the territory of the land walkers, followed by Magicpetal (who had formed a strong liking to her aunt). Mistcloud dispatched Copperpool, and Snowfrost to retrieve them, they were then followed by Honeyfall, and a Dawn Herd colt, named Horizongold (Flamefrost).

After a close (near death) call all the pegasi returned to Glacier Herd alive. Wile they were recovering Dawn Herd's over-stallion, Bronzewing (Flamefrost), challenged Blazefire. Embermoon decided to break up the fight, but took a blow to the spine in the process. Bronzewing finished the fight by delivering a blow to Blazefire's head.

Just as the battle ended, a mare landed next to Bronzewing. It turned out that it was Breezecloud (Flamefrost), Dawn Herd's lead mare. Apparently Blazefire had only knocked her unconscious, and had revived a few hours after the attack, now she had finally made her way back to her mate.

That night Dappleroot secretly went to Blazefire's (he was presumed to be dead) side, and discovered that he was really alive! So she took him, and hid him in a near by cave so she could nurse him back to life.

So that's kinda most of it, though I will encourage anyone who wants to get caught up to go an read the whole RP, which is kinda cool because it's basically like we traded off writing a fan fic. Here are the links for the RP:
