Brightwing to Starsummer: he heard panting behind him. Turning around, he saw a few feathers sticking out from behind a bush. ”Starsummer, you okay?” he asked as he pushed through the bushes.

Darkstone to Brightwing: "Ummm... Starsummer??!! Where did you go?" looked around in the bushes and up above the trees. "I don't see her! Starsummer??!!! If this is a joke, I don't think it is very funny!!"

Brightwing to Starsummer and Darkstone: "So, when do you want to see Valley Herd?" He looked around, not hearing an answer from Starsummer. "Where did she go?"

Brightwing to Darkstone: he literally fell on the ground laughing but after a minute got back up. “Believe me I meant to! But a battle got in the way.”

(I seriously am going to staying to up in my bed till midnight laughing at this!)

Darkstone to Brightwing: "Yes, and i have got something to say to you..." he said leaning toward Brightwing, his eyes narrowing- "Why didn't you ask her sooner!?!?!? I mean come on!!" he said nickering.

Brightwing to Starsummer and Darkstone: “Starsummer, no I’m fine. Darkstone, Yes that is correct.” He laughed. “So you digested the fact that we are mates finally?”

Darkstone to Starsummer and Brightwing: "Waait.. whhaa.... wait... if Brightwing asked to be your mate, then that means............. WE GET TO LIVE IN VALLEY HERD!!!!!!!!!!!" -he said, pumping his wings up and down- "No more starvation, no more angery pegasi chasing us, no more being alone!!! Whoop!!!"

Starsummer to Brightwing: "I will be fine." -took a step toward Darkstone- "Ack...! I will be fine" she reassured Brightwing- "It will heal. Did the bear harm you?" looked him over

Brightwing to Starsummer and Darkstone: he almost burst out laughing from the way Darkstone said it. “Yeah, you’re probably just going crazy.” He suddenly remembered that the bear had hurt Starsummer. His head shot down to inspect the injury. “Does that hurt?”

(When Brightwing said “Don’t. Hurt. My. Mare.” ooohhh!!! It gave me chills)

Starsummer to Brightwing and Darkstone: x she landed and nuzzled Brightwing softly x "Darkstone! Are you okay??!!" -lookd him over from the bottom of his hooves to the tips of his ears. He had minor injuries, nothing that would take longer than a few weeks to heal. - "What happened?" she said, almost in an angry tone.

Darkstone to Brightwing and Starsummer: "The bear snuck up on me. It tackled me but, i kicked him off. That is when you two arrived, and not a moment to soon. I would'hv gotten thrashed if you came any later." he said, with a relieved look. "What took you guys so long!!??"

Starsummer to Darkstone: x she looked at Brightwing x Well, I am a lead mare now." she said, scooting closer to Brightwing. "Brightwing asked me to be his mate and lead mare."

Darkstone to Starsummer and Brightwing: he gaped at them for what seemed like forever. "I must be going crazy! Or maybe I lost to much blood. Did i really just hear you correctly??!!!!"

Brightwing to Starsummer and Darkstone: the over stallion was enraged that’s the bear would dare touch one of his friends friends. “Don’t. Hurt. My. Mare.” He said icily. He flew above the bear and kicked it’s back so hard it almost got pushed into the ground. This’s time the bear wasn’t born bleeding and unconscious.

(SUSPENCE!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!)

Starsummer to Brightwing and Darkstone: x she turned toward the scream x "Darkstone? Are you okay?" -when she saw the young bear she froze-

Darkstone to Starsummer and Brightwing: "Help me!!" -he neighed, dodging swings from the bear's powerful paws-

Starsummer to Darkstone: -his scream shook her back to the present. she flew to the bear, whirled, and kicked him in the side. the kick made the bear stagger but he didn't fall over. She reared in front of Darkstone and flung out her wings, defending him. Darkstone's eyes were rimmed with white and hunched down.- "Stay away from him!" she said angrily. she kicked her front hooves, clubbing the bear in the side of his head. the bear went down, but it slowly recovered and growled at Starsummer then swung it's giant paw at her, slicing a thin line down her back leg.

Starsummer to Brightwing: "I don't know. Maybe he went.. - a scream drowned out her sentence- x she cantered foward x "Darkstone? Is that you?"

Brightwing to Starsummer: “Where Could he have gone?” He was starting to get worried for his friend also.

Starsummer to Brightwing: x lands in clearing and whistles for Darkstone x -after waiting a few seconds she whistles again- "Darkstone?" -no answer- x she whistled louder x "Darkstone??? Are you there? Come out!!" x started to get nervous x "He usually comes out by now." x she steps into the forest and looks around for Darkstone. she noticed a bright orange feather on the ground. . and it belonged....... to Darkstone. x "Darkstone?!!! Come out! Darkstone!!! " x started pacing but took a deep breath and closed her eyes, remaining calm and trying to think of what could have happened x

Starsummer to Brightwing: "Hmm, at first he will probably think it is a joke. But when we get serious, he will most likely run up and hug us. x nickering x

Brightwing to Starsummer in Night Herd: he glided down after her, making sure not to land on any of the old debris from Nightwing. “What do you think he’ll say?” He asked while laughing a little at the thought.

(Lol Wispi Yeah i bet it is hard!) Starsummer to Brightwing: x blushed x "I know that they will be wonderful! No matter what they look like, they will make us proud." x glided down x "We are here. C'mon, i can't wait to tell my brother the news."

Brightwing to Starsummer: His eyes shined. “And our fillies would have your beauty.” He nudged her gently. “You’re pretty smart yourself.”

(Ikr?!!! But you should seriously try being a stallion with another persons character as the mare. It’s hard.)

Starsummer to Brightwing: That would be amazing! Wouldn't that make Darkstone an uncle? x she nickerd at the thought x "I wonder what our foals will look like?! They will probably be just as smart and amzing as you are!" -she said, her eyes gleaming toward Brightwing-

Brightwing to Starsummer: “I actually thought we’d only flown for a few minutes! I guess I must have have been to tired to really notice it was so far.” He thought for a second. “Do you think in a few months I might be a sire?” he asked in a dreamy voice.

Starsummer to Brightwing in Night herd: Yeah, the lake is pretty far. We are almost there. x Starsummer's thoughts drifted as she bagan to wonder how she would announce the news to Darkstone x

Brightwing to Starsummer: he laughed and pumped his wings in rhythm with her because he knew if he went any faster than he would get Wayne ahead and it would be no fun. "I didn't realize how far we went!" He said after a few minutes of flying.

Starsummer to Brightwing: x canters into the sky to join him x "Race ya back!!!" -she said pumping her wings and shot past him, whinnying with pleasure -

Brightwing to Starsummer: he wing palms his face. "I forgot all about him. Yeah, let's get back." He removed his wing from he really back where he had placed it a while ago and kicked off, flying in place awaiting her to follow.

Starsummer to Brightwing: Silvercloud? I don't know about as amazing as Silvercloud, but I appretiate you saying that. x in her mind x"I don't think any lead mare is better than Silvercloud." Thank you Brightwing... for everything. -realizing that Darkstone had been left alone for almost 2 days- "We should head back. Darkstone must be getting worried."

Brightwing to Starsummer: he seemed to read her thoughts. “You will be a perfect lead mare Starsummer. I’ve been watching you for a long time trying to see if you would be good for not just me but the whole Herd. You are as amazing as the legendary lead mare Silvercloud who tried to save Star.”

Starsummer to Brightwing: x a sudden shot of nervousness shot up her spine, then rolled down her to her hooves x -in her mind-"I have to be lead mare of all Valley herd!! I didn't think of how important this job is!! Can I do this? It one of the most important jobs in Anok.... and right now....after everything that has happened with Star and all the wars.... I don't know if I can do it. But i cant let them down...... I just hope that i can be a good lead mare and not let anyone down."

Brightwing to Starsummer: he wrapped his neck over her’s, feeling the silkiness of her mane. “So, do you want to make this official?” For some reason when he said this now, he didn’t feel uncomfortable like he had imagined he would.

Starsummer to Brightwing: Good morning. -yawned- x a serious look crossed his face x "What? What is bothering you? x she asked patiently but protectively x

Brightwing to Starsummer: he put his wing over her like a blanket. "Goodnight Starsummer." He said in a soft voice.

A few hours later he woke to the sound of gentle breathing. He looked around and quickly spotted Starsummer till SNsnouggled under his wing fast asleep. He shook her a bit realizing what he had to do and that it couldn't wait any longer. "Starsummer, wake up."

Starsummer to Brightwing: x her eyes turned soft and understanding x "You don't have to tell me twice. Get some sleep, you earned it. -her coat still felt damp, but she walked about 10 winglengths away to shake. Once she was finished she walked back over to him and layed down quietly next to him.- "Good night Brightwing." x dipped her head and in seconds fell asleep x

Coperpool to Snowfrost: "This doesn't feel right."

Brightwing to Starsummer: "Ha, thanks." He plopped on the ground. "If you're going to shake yourself out please don't get me again." He said a little pleadingly. "Also I'm gonna get some rest, I haven't had any in a while."

Moonwing to pegasi of Glacier Herd: "Pegasi of Glacier Herd! Today our warriors will be going on a special mission. We are attacking Valley Herd! All of my battle stallions and mares are going. All of my warriors, meet me under the tree in the far west end of the field." Dismisses pegasi and swoops over to where Mistcloud is standing. He tells her in a confidential tone "Do you think I made the right decision? I just feel really worried that something won't go right."

Starsummer to Brightwing: x stood there gawking at him, then burst into laughter x "Yeah, I should'hv seen that one coming." -continued to laugh until she caught her breath- "You always know how to make me laugh."

Brightwing to Starsummer: "No. Not at all. In fact I'm pretty dry." He said sarcastically. He made a smug smile before he shook himself and soacked her right back, laughing at the face she made. "You should have seen that coming!"

Starsummer to Brightwing: x they played like this until they got pooped out x - Starsummer was getting tired and drowsy from swimming so she wadded ashore and shook off her coat, soaking Brightwing even more in the process - "Oops. Sorry, did i get you wet? My bad!" she said sarcastically.

Brightwing to Starsummer: he feels her yanck on his tail and quickly takes a breath of air before he gets dragged under. "What'd to your do that for?" He asked in a gurgly voice. He chased her back to the surface.

Starsummer to Brightwing in Night herd: -underwater- x she heard him say "HA! Got you back!" x -"Not for long..." she said in her mind and she swam up under him, grabbed his tail, and yanked him under x

Brightwing to Starsummer: His wings flapped swiftly and he propelled out of the water making a huge wave that caught Starsummer of fire guard and she sank into the water from the force. "HA! Got you back!"
