Lightray looked had her with a gaze so transfixing she held her breath. Had she offended him? Lightray searched for words. "Well. It kind of happened quickly. I little too quickly." Lightray took a deep breath, ready to tell his tale. "When Elmwing took me, he said this was revenge... I don't know what though." Rainfeather crawled next to him. "Him and his followers led me toward the sea, I thought they were going to drown me- but they didn't. They carried me by the wings and led me to Mavelyn. I attacked them, I- I wasn't thinking. I raced for home, but Elmwing trapped me in this-" "Bubble?" Rainfeather interupted. The white of Lightray's eyes were noticeable. "No. He trapped me in a chain. N- not a chain a kind of... what do the landwalkers call it... necklace? Yes. chain necklace. But it was made of starfire. It kept me from moving. I was carried the rest of the way to Mavelyn. When we got there the landwalkers seemed happy to see Elmwing. Like they knew him. The landwalker held see-through jars in the air, and Elmwing blasted streams a silver fire at each of the jars..." "They're experimenting with starfire." Rainfeather gasped. Lightray nodded, taking a gulp of air. "What Elmwing always wanted to do, but couldn't. Then, they started putting starfire in odd shaped see through jars, each looking different. And each had a different chemical. The main jar had silver fire. Now, I over-heard Elmwing talking about finding golden fire, since he couldn't create it, even when he tried to have a somewhat kind heart, he- couldn't. Now, Elmwing, the Landwalkers, and the Sandwens are searching all over Mavelyn for Moonheart and the rest of the black foals. But it gets worst. The Landwalkers are planning on settling in Anok. To experiment starfire, to use starfire for themselves and rule Anok, no, and rule the whole world. This is beyond reality Rainfeather. This is not something we can do. Were just pegasi." Rainfeather paused, this was getting over-whelming, she wished she hadn't asked. Then she came up with a idea. "Wait, the necklace, do you still have it?" The cremello yearling nodded slowly. "Yes..." He shoved his muzzle through a bush and pulled it out. It was golden! "Lightray! This is it! We can defeat Elmwing with this!"
