I also tried it on the computer, but that didn't work either. it said that i need to "turn of adobe flash". it looks like my mom but a bunch of restrictions on the computer and I don't know how to turn "adobe flash" off. 😞

here's what I do: (I'm on a laptop in firefox, if that makes a difference)
if it has a puzzle piece in the middle, click the button under it. It might say install adobe flash? I'm not sure that's what it says, but click it
a thing in the top left will pop up, there are options, click either "allow once" or "always allow"
if it has something else, I'm sorry but I can't help

Yeah it does that on my computer too, but I think it's the computer not our parents who are doing this, so I just turned it off
