XD We did get a dog the year after I made this post!!! February 18th 2018. Crazy to think about now. Tilda (Matilda) is awesome though. It's crazy how much can change in two years.

I would say either a Rottweiler or German Shepherd, maybe even a chihuahua they’ll make a racket. But Mapleheart looks beautiful!!

Yeah. If you don't have to move all the time you are really lucky. I had to leave my BEST friends because we always had to move. Half of my past friends I don't even remember, I haven't seen my BEST friends in the world (I think of them as my sisters since I have non) for almost two years because we used to move so much.

It does get very cold here, especially when you grow up in: Kodiak AK, Traverse City MI, North Bend OR, and Anchorage AK. My dad was in the Coast Guard so we moved 4 four times since I was born.

I think you're comparing that to other parts of Alaska, but ok

in Maine, we are concerned when its negative 10, and there you get to -40

I definitely agree with German Shepherd, and another breed that could handle Alaska's winter would be a Saint Bernard, Bernese Mountain Dog, or Great Pyrenees

or you can get an Airedale Terrier black Labrador mix, my friend has one and the dog a been mistaken for a black bear a few times

I'm sittin by the coach watching guard dog videos. Now that my dad works days I have to stay safe, soooo I'm looking for a good guard dog that's good with families. Do you guys know any good guard dog breeds?
