Matlina twisted her ears. "Really? That was fast. Impressive.....I guess. But I can't know because I can't see what's inside your head," Matlina added. She then hardened into a rock. "Now we need to find Hermon," she said, making most of them go silent.
Hermosa lowered her head and tried very hard to put each train of thought from the Pegasi around her into a rain drop, letting it splatter to the ground and mute the voices. “I’m not listening anymore. Something clicked just now, and I can block out your thoughts.”
Matlina's eyes opened slowly. "I don't have to, because you are just infesting my brain like a worm. It's actually very discomforting," she said through gritted teeth.
Acqua‘s wing itched to wrap itself around Matlina, but his mind kept whispering, Wait.
Hermosa simply nodded. “I could tell from the feelings that were with the thoughts and images. And believe me, if I could stop reading minds for just oneday, I would.”
Matlina eyed Hermosa. "Then you should stop reading my mind if it's so painful you can't bear it. The thing that makes it worse me is.....I've been in similar situations before. In my mind. Whenever plants and animals burn, I burn with them," she said quietly. Nowaka twisted his ears with discomfort, while Crispleaf just waited for someone to answer.
Matlina nodded and looked to the right at the cave wall. "I don't know if I can again.... But I'll try. I saw.... A great fire, but it was not in Anok. It was in the Landwalker's land," she continued. "The fire was created by them, but it had gotten out of control, and almost everything died. Including the pegasi living there...." she trailed off. Nowaka shot his head up. "There were pegasi there?!" he exclaimed. Matlina nodded. Nowaka looked at the ground, clearly thinking.
Hermosa heard the unease in her friend’s mind, and sobered. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable. But start with the more urgent news, I suggest. Whichever seems more urgent to you, anyway,” she added.

( lol. I was gone the last 3 days with school )
(Inaaaaarrrrraaaa (sorry if that sounds super annoying...))
Hermosa lowered her head and tried very hard to put each train of thought from the Pegasi around her into a rain drop, letting it splatter to the ground and mute the voices. “I’m not listening anymore. Something clicked just now, and I can block out your thoughts.”

Hermosa knew it wasn’t a question, so she didn’t answer. Instead, she shrugged, and said, “Why don’t you tell them what you’re thinking?”
Matlina nodded, her eyes closed. "What happened with you guys," Matlina asked, her eyes still closed. It wasn't exactly a question.
Acqua‘s wing itched to wrap itself around Matlina, but his mind kept whispering, Wait.
Hermosa simply nodded. “I could tell from the feelings that were with the thoughts and images. And believe me, if I could stop reading minds for just one day, I would.”

Whenever plants and animals burn, I burn with them," she said quietly. Nowaka twisted his ears with discomfort, while Crispleaf just waited for someone to answer.
Hermosa hung her head. “It’s even worse hearing you say it, seeing the images re-play in your head like you were there...”
Matlina nodded and looked to the right at the cave wall. "I don't know if I can again.... But I'll try. I saw.... A great fire, but it was not in Anok. ( Back )
(Halloooooo?)
Hermosa heard the unease in her friend’s mind, and sobered. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable. But start with the more urgent news, I suggest. Whichever seems more urgent to you, anyway,” she added.
Matlina glanced at Aqcua for back up, hating to get into these situations. She stepped back a bit and bit her lip, somewhat hiding behind Aqcua.
Matlina flattened her ears against her head, but said nothing, and only silently glared. "What makes you think that?" she said through gritted teeth.
Hermosa thought a moment. “How ‘bout work toward the super cute part where we find out about your one living weak spot?” She said with a grin.
( Hello? :9 )
Matlina peered at Hermosa questioningly. "You know, so which news do you mean?" she whispered.
Hermosa nvodded excitedly. ”Go on, tell them!”
Acqua looked at Hermosa with an uncomfortable look on his face, thinking to her, Please, don’t embarrass me in front of everyone.
Hermosa promptly tampered down her excitement and sobbered her expression.
Matlina twisted her ears, uncomfortable. "Alrighty then. Well, I have some weird news......." she said.
