"Great idea. Going to Anok would be the best thing that could ever happen, at least in my opinion." He replied, wilting a little as Mordré walked right passed his stall, lead rope in hand attached to Asha.
He needed to get out of here.
Alko bucked at his stall door, aching to spread his wings and fly away, galloping to freedom.
"How about... next time our ... 'riders' (his disgust at the very word was obvious, like lemon on his tongue) take us out... we buck them off while they're on the ground and fly, as far and fast as we can go?"
As soon as the sentence left his muzzle, he realised how stupid it was. The Flyers would be on them within a second of their attempted escape.
"Nevermind," he sighed, wondering if Frei thought he was as stupid as he thought. She was, seemingly, the only other pegasus (he refused to brand himself or her as "kihlari") that wanted out of this captivity.
"Hmm... how about at night, when everyone's asleep, we buck our stall doors and make a fly for it?"
He sighed again, shaking his short mane and pawing the ground in annoyance. He was more or less scheming to himself now, regardless of whether Frei or any other kihlari was listening in or not.
"You have any ideas, Frei?"
Then he realised the price he would have to pay if he were to leave:
Asha adored Mordré. Asha didn't know what living free was, and as far as Alko knew his sister, she had no intention of finding out.
Alko stood still, wilting a little more, as he slowly folded his wings and dropped his head, ears drooping.
If he were to escape... Alko would never see his sister again.
She saw how Riptide trusted the young 2-legged and was surprised. How could she like it here? It was utter captivity. No freedom, barely any flying, just simply box. Thats all there was. Even the land horses had a better life. They were out in a paddok, running around. She was in this stupid box she wanted to murder. "Alko. I think Riptide or Valkyre or, whatever her name is, is better of here." She said looking at Riptide and wrinkling her nose. "Plus I don't want out there." She said pionting towards the barn door. "If im escaping, I am going to Anok."
Sage went to grab a cloth, she walked to the stream to soak the cloth, she walked to her saddle bag and got some herbs that helped numb and heal injures, she mashed it up and rubbed it onto the wet cloth.
"Okay girl, I'm coming in there," Sage walked into the stall and closed it behind her. "This is going to hurt for a bit but it will help with the pain," Sage said, she nelt down and gently set the cloth on her injured hoof.
Sage went to the other side of the stall and grabbed a brush, she sat down next to Valkyrie, and did long soothing strokes with the brush,l.
She made it to the stables and saw the stallion named Alk, fly. She wanted to fly and get off her hoof. She went to her stall and lay down trying to make it stop hurting
