Zayne:
He wrinkled his brow. "B-but he's probably going to beat you," he protested.
Summary:
Okay so, a lot of new characters have been made, and I can't keep track of them all. Zayne the tailor and Ben the tavern owner are trying to help Raven, who's being treated like a slave by her own father. Callumroot and Kilroy are sleeping bcus of the long journey just to get to Ragedrift with questions about the over stallion, Coalwing. Ashtohn and Sage are just... chilling as a recently engaged couple. Sultaan and Reba are discussing about how to communicate... still. Me and River need NIGHTMIST!!
RECOMMENT FOR NIGHTMISTTTT)
Heisly:
She giggled. "I know right? Do you think this might have an owl or two?" She asked excitedly.
Teirron:
"Uhhh... well, she can't... because... she's too hurt," he replied. "You need to come to her." Teirron hoped that the old mare would believe him and follow him back to the pegasus mare he still didn't know the name of. (SOBZ NIGHTMISTTT)
Raven:
"Yes please."
Fawnroot:
She grinned at Callum and exhaled. "I have a friend...She is the sweetest pegasus in the herd-everyone loves her. But, she's also the most vulnerable and innocent mare in the herd. Her name's Sunpond and she's completely blind." She paused to gather her thoughts and to let that sink in.
"Before we even knew that centaurs existed, Sunpond has had a massive fasination and obsession with Landwalkers-uh, humans. As soon as the theory of centaurs arose and reached my herd, her fascination grew and she's always wanted to meet one. So, I was wondering if you would allow me to introduce you to her. If my herd mates see you with Sunpond, they may finally come to accept you...hopefully."
Raven:
"Thank you, sir."
Zayne:
He took her hand gently in his, reassuring her that everything was going to be alright.
The old stallion stopped at a doorway. "I am Yonire, one of the head council centaurs," he said with a kind smile. "I will help you with your case as much as I can."
Raven:
She took deep breaths, trying to stay calm even as fear tried to overwhlem her
Fawnroot:
She nodded and ripped up another mouthful of grass. Her brows furrowed as she zoned out and became lost in her own thoughts. Fawnroot has been thinking about her friend Sunpond and she'd been meaning to go and visit her, but she hasn't found the right time.
Fawnroot realized she hasn't seen Sunpond in many moons-the blind mare must think that she'd abandoned her. More guilt tugged at her heart and she winced. She raised her head to Callum and stepped closer to them, her gaze flicking from Kilroy to Callum. "When we get back to the herd, I have a favor...You two don't have to do it, but it would mean a lot to me. Plus, it might also help my herd mates to trust you both more."
Raven:
She sped up, chasing Zayne.
Raven:
She laughed and sped up
Zayne:
He laughed and broke into a canter, flicking his creamy white tail.
Callum:
"Store up on fuel and then head back to the herd," he said with a shrug. "That's what seems like the plan to me."
Kelly:
She smiled softly at him and looked down, blushing.
Merrick:
He smiled and pulled his hand back, but didn't look away from her. "Thanks for understanding. We can go whenever you're ready." He said as he ate the last couple pieces of popcorn before looking back to Kelly.
Fawnroot:
As they ate, she ruffled her feathers and looked at the 2 stallions. "So, what's the plan now? Just wait for Coalwing to come back and try again for an alliance?" She asked as she swallowed a mouthful of the green grass.
(Hey Ashsong?! I've been thinking about this for a while-what if Fawnroot has a friend that's completely blind and even though she can't see, she's always wanted to meet a centaur. What if Fawn introduced Callum to her as a sign of peace because Fawn knows Callum wouldn't hurt her! I think it would add something! Kilroy could meet her too! I just figured it would be another way to get the herd to trust the centaurs)
Raven:
She trotted, staying just a little bit ahead of Zayne.
Raven:
She smiled, "Race you there!" she said with a grin
Raven:
She nodded. "Thanks for being my friend."
Zayne:
He put a comforting arm around her shoulders. "Let's go," he said softly.
