Thunderheart took a sharp breath. "Yes I will help you"

"Good" Thundersky sighed in relief.

"So you're probably wondering whats going on..?" Grasswing asked.

'UMMM YESS!! Why is my sire freaking out even though he has no starfire? Why am I talking to you, you guys are dead? AND WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!' Thunderheart thought even though they had explained his destiny to him.

Grasswing didn't wait for an answer," When your sire defeated Nightwing, he lost his starfire. But Nightwing didn't loose his. Nightwing's soul is trapped in the beyond but not like the steeds killed by starfire are. Its like the Golden Meadow but he is alone."

"When I went to the Beyond I was unconscious waiting for someone to free me." Thundersky explained.

"He can still sent his starfire down but it has to be operated under a black foal. He is sending it down to take over Star and live through him." Spiderwing explained.

Thunderheart bit his lip thinking. "There has to be a way to stop him."

"We think there is." Thundersky looked at the other stallions before continuing. " Before Star was attacked by the starfire, we saw Nightwing's silver fire pass through here before going to Anok."

"So can we intercept it?" Thunderheart asked.

"We think that may be the way to beat him. In fact we think you may be able to travel to the beyond." Spiderwing nickered with wide eyes.

Just as Thunderheart was about to ask about his powers a huge beam of silver starfire descended from the sky headed straight at Star.

"NO!!" screamed Thunderheart as he raced toward his sire. "Move; Run; Please!!" Thunderheart tried pushing them away but he was still in the golden meadow and his parents were translucent objects of mist. Thunderheart was standing in the middle of Star's misty body when the starfire closed in. Thunderheart leaped into the air and soared toward the starfire trying to shield his parents. As soon as the fire toughed him he was sucked up through the starfire to a barren land. Thunderheart looked around. There was smoke, fire, ashes, and dead plants scattered along the ground. The sky was a big black cloud and dust threatened to choke him. Then in his peripheral vision he saw a black stallion. 'Star?' he thought. But when he turned around he saw a solid black stallion with silver hooves and eyes. Black smoke poured from his nose and mouth. 'No that's not Star, it's NIGHTWING!! I'M IN THE BEYOND!!!
