The Beginning

Star—the second black foal in history has looked after his herd for the last five hundred years.

He’s watched his friends come and go over and over leading him to detach himself from the pegasi

all together taking in too much heartache.

He felt alone for black foals born after him have all died being stillborns.

The world was changing all around him the pegasi were dividing once more their hearts filled with war once more dividing once more.

The United Herd was a myth to the two Divided Herds now—Star seeing that he cannot stop this for he has no Starfire he has no voice for they will hear him.

He turned from the Divided Herds disappearing Anok—no one knows where he went.

It is rumored that he simply died others say he is in hibernation.

If this is the case Star will most likely never wake up again—since he knows a black foal may never see the light of day ever again.

But a hundred years pass since Star’s disappearance and a pinto mare named Oakflame,

gave birth to not one living black foal but two!

Two living breathing black foals! The two divided herds didn't know what to do with them—for Oakflame died giving birth to theme sadly, leaving their fate upon the warring herds…

This story takes place hundreds of years after Nightwing, Star unable to stop the pegasi from fighting once more has vanished leaving the steeds to their old ways.

Anok's herds has divided into two herds Thunder Herd and Tundra Herd.

These two Herd's feud over power and freedom when twin black foals are born amongst Thunder Herd Rainwing thinks he'll have the upper wing now but the twins don't want that life for themselves and are now planning to escape upon their birthday…but will they succeed?)
