It's been a while since I've hosted a drawing challenge, but for some reason I've been inching to do one lately, so here goes nothing XD.
The idea for this challenge is to create a pegasus that is inspired by a planet. For example, I created Jupiterwing, who was inspired by... you guessed it... Jupiter!
Here's how the challenge works:
Post in the comments that you would like to participate
As soon as I can, I will assign you the planet that you will be using for inspiration
Draw your pegasus!
Make sure to get your drawings posted by midnight in the time zone you live in on April 30th 2021
Winners will be posted shortly after the deadline
Tracing is allowed (I'll be judging based off the creativity of the design rather then the drawing itself)
No requesting a different planet
Any and all styles and mediums are allowed
Nothing inappropriate... not that I think that'll be a problem
You may include multiple pegasi in your picture (e.g. if the planet you're assigned has moons...)
You must give your character(s) a name(s), though they don't necessarily have to include the name of the planet/moon
Backgrounds are not required
DEADLINE: ALL DRAWINGS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MIDNIGHT ON APRIL 30TH 2021
And finally, to make things more fun, there of course will be prizes!
🥇 1st Place will get a digital full body drawing of a pegasus w/ your choice of circle background
🥈 2nd Place will get a digital full body drawing of a human (or near human) w/ transparent background
🥉 3rd Place will get a digital head shot drawing of a pegasus/horse w/ transparent background
🏅 4th Place & Below will get a digital feather drawing w/ your choice of background
Winners may also choose to select a prize from the tier below theirs in replacement of their prize.
Have fun ya'll!
